Staff was not welcoming and disorganized. I asked for a carne asada burrito the woman looked at me and either didn't understand or didn't have carne asada, I didn't ask for Pollo wish she pulled out of a bucket. Everything was completely flavorless and at $16 for a regular sized burrito what's the worst neighborhood experiment

Pan is VERY overpriced. Go to any other local panaderia or even a grocery store like el super if you’re trying to save money. Prices can also be inconsistent.

I actually go there a lot cause there sweet bread is fresh daily and there rolls are very delicious I buy a lot from there because I take some to physical therapy for the workers and it always put a smile on there face I recommend it to everyone.

This place fences stolen goods from junkies. Your bike went missing? One of this store’s employees bought it and is going to sell it. Do not give these criminals your business.

Great customer service from staff

I have been looking for a panaderia since I moved to Ventura in 2019. I asked my coworker and he recommended Vanessa’s. I stopped by after work and I got about 10 pan dulces and 1 bolio for $25 which I think is fair considering the high cost of everything else these days. The elote was my favorite! And the conchas were huge and delicious too! I will definitely be back again!

Today I went to buy tamales, I ordered red ones, very bad tamales. My question is, what good are the years that the ladies are if they don't know how to make tamales, the truth is, not even to return, what a pity that they don't know how to make food well.

Very bad service, I ordered 14 chicken tamales and the lady got upset and gave me meat cigars... I realized when I got home

Expensive and dry old bread. I bought 3 pieces of bread and 1 water for $10.50 so I'm thinking they charge about $3 per piece of bread which is ridiculous. The bread was dry and disgusting 🤮 I will not be coming back.

I bought 3 loaves of bread and a water for $10.50 which is too expensive for hard, old and burnt bread. The bread wasn't from today, so I'm sure they sell bread from days ago. I will not return to this bakery!
