I have been looking for a panaderia since I moved to Ventura in 2019. I asked my coworker and he recommended Vanessa’s. I stopped by after work and I got about 10 pan dulces and 1 bolio for $25 which I think is fair considering the high cost of everything else these days. The elote was my favorite! And the conchas were huge and delicious too! I will definitely be back again!
Love this spot. They ACCEPT EBT AND THEY HAVE SOME GOOD FOOD AND BREAD. You can buy burritos and and hot food there with foodstamps. Absolutely amazing ??

I purchased conchas & teleras. The bread tasted authentic. I had called in advance and the woman who answered my call was polite. However, when I arrived the same woman was rude and placed one of my breads upside down causing to stick to the paper bag. I’m not returning.
