Prices are not posted, no receipts are given. Price gauging at its best. Isn't that all illegal? I feel like they judge on how much they will charge based on your appearance/ethnicity. Giving them so much money for a few pieces of bread made it feel like a shady deal, especially with no receipt. I feel like I've been had. My purchase made me feel sad for giving them my hard earned cash.

Attended a family gathering for the Rosca de Reyes and it is by far the best (freshest) tasting Rosca I have had in years. The middle was soft and airy, the pink concha like topping melted into the pan, it did not crumble and fall apart (as some often do when taking a bite) and the membrillo strips were also soft, not hard or chewy. I will definitely purchase my next Rosca at Panederia Yaniras. I look forward to trying their pan dulce, bolillos and other sweets.

Check your order before leaving I asked for 4 chicken tamales and was given beef well if you would call that beef it’s more masa then anything.. it was my 1st time coming and definitely my last

This has become our favorite panadería in the area. The bread has great flavor and they have good traditional options. The store is small but packed with choices. We usually get some of their cookies, conchas, and bolillos for homemade tortas. We don't mind the drive to it from Ventura since this bread truly reminds us of home. I would recommend to bring cash if possible. They do accept debit cards it seems but cash makes it easier. I haven't had any issues with staff like other reviews have shared. Everyone that has been at the cash register on my visits have been fine. I mean, there isn't much to them putting your bread into bags and charging you.

Terrible service today at Vanessa's The worker with a purple apron and blonde hair was rude to a lady. Apparently she got upset when they told her not to throw the bread into the bag.I was in line and did not appreciate that service, when it was my turn she also was throwing the bread into the bag upset. Pésimo servicio hoy en Vanessa's La trabajadora con mandil morado y cabello rubio fue grosera con una señora. Aparentemente se molestó cuando le dijeron que no aventara el pan en la bolsa. Yo estaba en la fila y no me pareció ese servicio, cuando me tocó a mi también estaba tirando el pan a la bolsa molesta

This is an amazing place to go in the morning. I love the coffee, hot chocolate, ect. The bread is nice and soft, and if you get somthing like hot chocolate you serve it yourself and much on little u want. This place is in my top 3 favorite places to eat or just to get a morning cup of hot coffee.
