I have been shopping at this place for years and I have never had any discomfort but today, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, I arrived to buy at around 10:28 am it was takeout food and when I got home and started eating I realized that it was reheated food. And I even knew how hard it was and I bought two plates, they sold me food made from the previous day when I paid for freshly made food because I paid what it cost was fair and they are supposed to sell food made from the day it dried because they gave me old food and They charge me like good food is a scam

I order for pick up via the Door Dash App. I ordered a plate with chow mein, greens, orange chicken and sesame chicken. They game me white rice (see photos below).

Buyer Beware !!!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE !!! Especially During lunch break ….. Broccoli Beef was served with NO BEEF !!! The proper serving of Orange Chicken was not given. You can count the number of pieces . Avoid the headache

Watch your portion size and make sure you're getting what you pay for. They have a habit of skimping out mobile order apps especially yet they want to charge extra for walnut shrimp but only give you 2 pieces of walnut, heaven forbid you get what you pay for. Also make sure you double check your food quality I was in line and seen them mix in plates of chicken that were siting their God knows how long and just dump fresh into it. So old product mixed with new, kinda grossed me out makes more sense to have one separate from the other, I would think twice ordering from here, also seen a cockroach running across the floor by the soda machines mentioned it to a worker and they acted very non chalant about it.

I came to panda express here on Channel Island. The cooks in the service don’t seem to be communicating. There’s a long line and there’s no chow mein or refried rice. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for an order and the man that’s cooking the refried rice still hasn’t done it very bad service here.
