Serving size are smaller now. I get more serving size from other local Chinese restaurants. Disappointed to say the least. Last time I was at a panda was before 2020.

I was missing a bowl to my order and I called to have the issue resolved and the manager was the sweetest person on the phone. Not only did she give me the missing bowl but a plate to make up for the inconvenience. I wish i got her name she was the best!

The workers are very friendly. Everytime i go there's long lines and slow service. And this Panda Express is very skimpy on their food. It's as if the owner takes it out of their paycheck, if the employees give a good amount of food. It's alright I guess. When I dont want to drive out to the one on the other side of Channel Islands.

I have been shopping at this place for years and I have never had any discomfort but today, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, I arrived to buy at around 10:28 am it was takeout food and when I got home and started eating I realized that it was reheated food. And I even knew how hard it was and I bought two plates, they sold me food made from the previous day when I paid for freshly made food because I paid what it cost was fair and they are supposed to sell food made from the day it dried because they gave me old food and They charge me like good food is a scam
