The worker there marbela, is the worst customer service employee I’ve had in a while. I asked if the bathrooms were open and when she opened the door she yelled “go!”. Is this how panda express expects their employees to treat their customers? I’ve seen her be rude like this before, unbelievable.

I ordered through Uber Eats and I didn’t get my drink. I tried calling them about it so I could get a refund but they never picked up. I’ll never order from them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The beef entrees are always pink or raw. It's such a waste of money because the flavors are good. Not everyone likes rare/medium steak or like it soft chewy. ughh. It would be much better if they actually cook the meat to health standards.

Unfortunately. We were unable to get food. We went on the website to see the hours. We arrived 16-17min before closing time. The doors were locked, and chairs all put up. Nothing is more disappointing then driving out of your way to a location because the hours show they are open late, to get turned away.

Never had an issue with this store before. I am allergic to peanuts and there was 3 peanuts in my fried rice :( of course it was not on purpose but be extra careful if you have severe allergies

Had my order ready before I even got there. Parking was fine, but getting in and out of that area at lunch is a hot mess. Get the app for the rewards. It definitely pays off.
Stop by to grab a bite, love Panda Express, I eat at Panda in my hometown,(Reno) nevada. My load isn't ready, so I thought I would treat myself and see if it's the delicious food as home. Yes indeed it's the same great taste as in my hometown.
The mushroom chicken was basically raw and with no sauce the chow mein is soggy and overcooked i just threw out my food

We had a Wonderful experience! We haven't been to a Panda Express in quite a while! We decided to stop by at this location! My Family had never had been to this one! We are delighted we stopped by! Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Cecilia who promptly and gladly took our order! Good portions were given and the food was fresh and hot! We decided to eat indoors, and Cecilia stopped by our table with a tray of condiments and napkins! She stopped by every table with a friendly smile! 5 stars for her and the crew, working that day! 5 Stars for them! She Positively represented Panda Express with Excellent Customer Service! And has kept us as returning customers! We will be back to this location! Great customer service is hard to come by these days! Great customer service Cecilia, your kindness and service was well noticed and the crew!
