Had a car accident today so I ordered delivery. They forgot one of my entrees. When I called to let them know, they had to double check. They let me come pick it up. I had to ride my bike to get my daughter the behind beef she wanted. They didn’t apologize at all and didn’t offer me anything else. Not coming back.

The worker there marbela, is the worst customer service employee I’ve had in a while. I asked if the bathrooms were open and when she opened the door she yelled “go!”. Is this how panda express expects their employees to treat their customers?
I’ve seen her be rude like this before, unbelievable.

The beef entrees are always pink or raw. It's such a waste of money because the flavors are good. Not everyone likes rare/medium steak or like it soft chewy. ughh. It would be much better if they actually cook the meat to health standards.

Unfortunately. We were unable to get food. We went on the website to see the hours. We arrived 16-17min before closing time. The doors were locked, and chairs all put up. Nothing is more disappointing then driving out of your way to a location because the hours show they are open late, to get turned away.

Never had an issue with this store before. I am allergic to peanuts and there was 3 peanuts in my fried rice :( of course it was not on purpose but be extra careful if you have severe allergies

Had my order ready before I even got there. Parking was fine, but getting in and out of that area at lunch is a hot mess. Get the app for the rewards. It definitely pays off.
