I’m so disappointed with my experience at this panda express. We came in an hour and a half before closing, which is still enough time to make some fresh batches. Except everything was old stiff, and the chicken breading was already falling off the chicken. Everything was cold and chewy. I also asked how long it would take for them to make super greens since they only had like two broccoli pieces in In the hot plate and that’s all no cabbage or nothing. And they said it would take up to 6-10 minutes. But then again most of the food in the hot area was already empty or look over an hour old and it wasn’t being Made again, even though they had an hour left. Not to mention a hair in my food. I couldn’t even finish my plate. They also put a chair in front of the dining room door at 10pm even though they close at 10:30. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand people need to clean and have everything prepped for the following day. But that doesn’t mean rush everything, give out disgusting old food and close early in order to have that done. I work hard for my money and I’m sure everyone, and I hate to spend a good amount on cold food that’s falling apart.

They messed up my order twice, made me drive back waste my gas. They pretended that they would give me a replacement mea.l came back a couple weeks later and they said my name was crossed out. So typically, I got screwed over never will I come back again.

I come to this location once a week and every time I always have a great experience from the food to the staff. Not only is the food delicious but the service is impeccable. I am greeted with a smile once I step in and have small talk with the team. The manager LETTY is out of this world. She has a great attitude, positive, and upbeat. I dine in and i notice a team member checking up on guest and going above and beyond by offering more condiments, samples, and fortune cookies in which I’ve been to several locations and I was highly impressed by this. Talk about hospitality!. The team member name is Carolina whom I had the pleasure of interacting with during this visit. I highly recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you so much for making it a great experience.
