We ordered a bigger plate with chow mein, brown rice, mushroom chicken, string bean chicken and orange chicken. The food did not even taste like Panda Express food used to?! The chow mein was dry and flavorless and not even the proper noodles for chow mein and the mushroom chicken hardly had any mushrooms in it and had no flavor! Also, part of the string beans in the string bean chicken were raw. The food was so disappointing, we don't think we'll be having Pamda again any time soon!

Fine food at a Great price. Go for the 3 item Combo. It's worth it. In my opinion better than the other local alternatives. Better to walk in than Drive through as you can see what your getting and the Specials as well.

Arrived a bit after 11 AM on a weekday. They had only 4 entrees prepared. So very little to choose from. The server needed to spend time talking with someone prior to helping me, to the point I almost walked out. Only to find out this was likely the manager, who, it seems, believes he is more important than a customer. The fried rice was not cooked. The rice was crunchy. I won't return, that is for sure.

PANDA EXPRESS, TOWN CENTER DRIVE, OXNARD.As much as their food is good and tasty, their Customer service is very disappointing.I ordered 2 2-plate meals. That is 2 meals for 2 people. The food came with ONE FORK, ONE TERIYAKI SAUCE, AND 3 NAPKINS.How are we supposed to eat? When we called to complain they offered us a slice of pie on the next order... that still doesn't solve the utensil problem are are facing. She never asked for my order number through the whole conversation. After 30 minutes of back and forth she hung up on me after I said I will no longer patronize their location

They need someone to manage the place in the evening. The employees are unorganized and service is lacking as a result. The place is new and welcoming, but the service takes to long and it is frustrating. Just manage personnel better and things will be good

We walked in and didn't even receive a hello from any of the 5 workers actually working, the two workers on break were more welcoming than the ones behind the bar. Jasmine specifically IGNORED ME 7 TIMES. There is no way that none of the workers could hear me ask for the bathroom code. After she finally gave me the bathroom code she proceeded to tell her co worker and LAUGH about the whole interaction. Absolutely the worst experience ever. The location in ventura is better.

Lovely and very inviting on the inside and food was a lot better than their other locations. Karen was super helpful, professional, friendly, and a hard worker. I hope Panda knows how lucky they are to have her working at their establishment.

Got my food, but was a 45+ min wait. :(Edit: Over time this location has been more consistent with their estimated time outs. Food has stayed good. I would recommend it now. :)

Either a new hire cooked my food or someone who mad to work there. Rice is dry and flavorless. Beijing meat and the honey walnut shrimp needs to be cooked by someone who knows what love is. Also by me going through the drive-thru the portions they gave me was for a 1yr old toddler. Smdh!

Slower than ever inside it's so unorganized. The cashier dropped chop sticks on the ground picked them up and put them back in the container. That's a code violation for sure. They need to have two cashiers open at all times

I ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken and the girl filled the bowl to one fourth of chow mein, I asked her to fill it up more and she literally took one single noodle and added it to my bowl. Serious, I'm paying full price Not half price. I came to support my son's school fundraiser but will NOT be returning here.
