Era of Panera? Yes, thought I’d share a fact that the Panera on Portico in The Collection delivers on the brand promise. You can go to any of the Starbucks around and you can get your overly sweetened caffeinated drinks and long lines. At this location, the line moves. And yet you’re never rushed. The Panera Baristas, “Paner-istas” @ this location truly give you service with not only a smile, but with sincerity. Whether you’re a first time customer or a regular, whether behind the counter or in the dining area, you are greeted and treated with exceptionally nice decent hard-working “people” people. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee, breakfast, lunch, brunch, snacks, dinner, or quite simply the bread at this Panera Bread, you can’t go wrong… 😁

Dined in today and while there saw the best worker in action - he was cleaning the tables, chairs and floor. Thorough, productive and courteous to customers - great job!
Went in this morning to pick up pastries and there was one person in front of me. The cashier left cash register area to head 2 bagels and then take them to the back. We waited for just over 8 minutes before she reappeared and 5 more people in line. No sorry for the wait or anything. This was very poor customer service. Management needs to be plan their staffing and how they manage the walk in customers.

The thing that stood out the most was the great customer service, that I received from a young lady when I order my food. I ordered a sandwich and drink which were very good. The restaurant was also clean.
