I went to the Ventura Rd. location Saturday as the one near me on Channel Islands Blvd. was permanently closed and there was a not so friendly girl working the register. And as customary after I received the pie asked for cheese & pepper flakes I was told that there was an extra charge for it. Needless to say I will not be returning. I was there around 12 noon. The only thing I can suggest is to retrain her on dealing with customers as she clearly needs it ASAP. And when did pizza hut start charging for something that has always been free? Insane!!!!!

The way doordash delivered our pizza it looked like they flipped the pizza box. All of the pizza was on one side of the box.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, some breadsticks and an order of mozzarella sticks on the Pizza Hut app. I got a text message that my delivery driver (Door Dash) was having a hard time finding my building. I tried to call my delivery driver (per the text) and he doesn't speak English. I don't speak Spanish so it took about 20 minutes of back and forth with Google translate to find out where he was. I finally get my order and get inside only to find that the food is cold and the mozzarella sticks are burnt (photo attached). Also, the order of mozzarella sticks is supposed to have 8 sticks and there were only 6 (I ate one to see if the color was deceiving and maybe they weren't burnt....but they definitely were). I called the store and the girl on the phone could not care less that I was unhappy. She offered to have the order sent out again (it's almost 9pm at this point, no thank you) or get a store credit (I will not be ordering from them again, so that was also a no from me). I asked for a refund for bare minimum of the mozzarella sticks because they are inedible. She agreed and said it will show up in my account in a few days. Just overall very disappointed in this experience. I was REALLY craving hot, cheesy pepperoni pizza and I got cold cardboard and poor customer service instead.

This Pizza Hut location has always made a person feel welcomed from the moment they walk in. The pizzas are always made with such great enthusiasm and pride you can tell when you eat your pizza by how well it tastes. The customer service is outstanding. From the moment you enter the facility until you leave you know you've had service with pride.

I placed my order with pizza hut in Oxnard on Ventura Rd over the phone with Joann at 1147am I ordered one pizza and six traditional wings at 1237 the door dasher that pizza hut hires delivered my food horrible the pizza looked dry and there was no kind of freshness or heat to the pizza wings no kind of heat and I paid $42.00 just for food plus gave ten dollar tip DISAPPOINTED FRUSTRATED AND PISSED OFF

The food was great, but I paid for eight mozzarella sticks and they only gave me six. I wasn’t gonna drive all the way out there again to for the mozzarella sticks that I was missing. I just know that I’m not gonna order again from there.
Extremely sparse toppings. Two medium pizzas and the cinnamon bun dessert was $39 before tip. There are many better options at that price point.

Bad cervisio I made an order and they took my information and they charged for it. I waited an hour with children celebrating for that hour to pass. I called to see what was happening and they told you that the order was made wrong and they told you to speak again. I can't hear you so they can ignore me. upset..

Visiting oxnard california with family celebrating my retirement!!!My niece and I dropped in for pizza!!She ordered pineapple personal pan, as usual it was extremely hot delicious and fresh!!!Koodoos to pizza hut ventura road , oxnard california!!!!? ? ? ? ?

The Victoria Pizza Hut is no longer there nor near The Pacific View Mall:( We no longer have a Pizza Hut In Santa Barbara:( We took our son to this Location so he can finally enjoy Pizza Hut Again. We still miss Pizza Hut Back Home.
