Never made our pickup order. Took over 40 minutes to get our pizza . Ordered one large pizza over phone. Said would be ready in 15 mins. We arrived 20 mins later. Had to wait extra 40 mins. Wasnt even rush hour. This place is a joke

The “bartender” totally ignored me & my date. She had a horrible attitude when we asked for the tab. What a horrible experience! I will be sharing this on social media.

There's a first time for everything including being disappointed with pizza man Dan's. The person in the call center, yes you call a call center not the store so the person you speak to has no idea what city you're even in, was somewhat difficult as it was. Very low customer service skills. Then my pizza got to me cold. I wasn't able to add a tip to the charge so I had to dig out the only cash I had to give a tip. They also did not offer plates or napkins. Many other places those are standard or they at least ask you if you need them if they know that you are staying at a hotel. Hotels don't have plates and napkins like your house does. And lastly, the pizza didn't even taste good and was sloppily prepared. Waaaaayyyyyy too messy. It needs a fork and knife, but of course I don't have those either. It was the chipotle chicken which looked really good. Maybe it's just I'm in a bad mood so it doesn't taste as good but after eating two room temperature slices, I just threw the rest of the pizza away. Very disappointed.

Pizza is mediocre, service is same. Atmosphere i wasn't impressed. Bar area attendees are trying to watch a game, which Karaoke was loud as heck. Karaoke sponsors were letting 6 to 13 year olds sing songs with profanity. Not acceptable nor appropriate 😒 😑 So yea, I will not be taking my grandkids there.

Such an unpleasant experience , we had our grandsons soccer team party here . We had a spot right next to the restrooms !! Never ever again ! Loud so loud in that restroom !! See for your self ! Food was horrible ! I can’t eat pizza so I ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich !! Horrible !! It was more like a bread and lettuce sandwich ! I can’t understand why they don at least try and make There food great since service atmosphere and everything Else is horrible ! Never again !! Never ! I do not recommend

I ordered two Hawaiian and two pepperoni and sausage calzones. They are so small now. It’s ridiculous and since when did they start putting BBQ sauce in the Hawaiian calzone. Just terrible all the way around.
I love the karookee nights here, the food is always great. And good customer service ? the beer towers are a bonus.

This young white girl who was attending me started to laugh at me because of my heavy accent and thought it was funny and I find that very disrespectful and felt racially profiled due to the way she was acting and treating me when I was ordering my food. And that's not very professional of having someone like that working when they could probably be doing the same thing to other people. People like her should be fired and I hope you guys see this to do something about it. This happened at Thu, June 27 at 9:30pm.

Very tasty food, and a comfortable atmosphere.If you haven't tried the potato wedges dipped in the wing sauce, you're definitely missing out.The bathroom decor and giant red button is a fun carry over from their previous location where Luigi Ortega's used to be.
I ordered a turkey sub and mozzarella sticks to go. My Sub wasn’t toasted like I had asked and there was maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. The only thing I like on subs is meat, cheese and lettuce. There was nothing on my sub. My son’s mozzarella were over done and almost burnt.
