And do you realize that we have to send somebody to the other side of oxnard to get red beans and rice because yours are always sour? Yeah, I don't usually talk places down... but you deserve it! I love this location the other ones are so bad and their employees are rude! Here at this location they are so patient and polite they help with a snap of a finger I always come in the afternoon and today and I came and there were two girls in the front they were the sweetest the girl who looked young offered me specials when I tried to order a 8 piece she told me about the 9 piece special love this location! Especially how efficient they work definitely made me want to buy more

First time coming to the location and will DEFINITELY BE THE LAST. I placed my order 15 minutes before they closed the restaurants @10PM and I arrived 5-10mins before and they already had the doors locked. While the door was locked I talked to the girl in the inside and told her I had a pick up order. The girl mopping told this skinny girl that they had thrown it away. Minutes later the skinny girl comes with my food from the back I check it when I got to my car only to see that they added SPICY MAYO my order online clearly started I didn’t want any. I knock on the door and the girl mopping was SO RUDE she was telling her co works what does she want she’s back! Mind you I’m at the door listening to everything. Then she sends this other lady that’s had a black apron to the door to talk to me and I told her what was wrong with my order. The girl mopping said it would take 6 minutes and it’s been more than 10 and all to get my order and it to be under cooked and wrong! WORST LOCATION OVER -

Bathrooms locked for no reason, had to wait forever after ordering, workers have no clue about menu items, didnt even know how to make a flavored lemonade. Many items “not currently available” with zero explanation.
Rice was undercooked and hard.
To top it off no ice in the drinks and they forgot a side of mashed potatoes.
Avoid this Popeyes, go to the one on ventura road instead.

Guys I Love Popeyes chicken. Its not the food that has broken my heart for this place. Its there discrepancy on there advertising price and the sketchy surcharge they add when one pays that they don't tell you about. See my photos and see for yourselves. The frustrating part is I ask them about it and they blame it on the manager but that is it. So for that I gave them 1 star for service. I did give them 5 for foot. Well I'll probably won't be coming to this Popeyes again. Not sure
Cashier Daniela needs to be trained how to talk to customers her rolling her eyes getting annoyed and wants to yell at me for my order and she wants to act fake in front of the manager I’m not going back to that location

She took my order as if I was begging her for food, which I feel was because I interrupted her phone conversation, and they did not provide me the biscuit I paid for. My final visit here! However, for the sake of all of her customers, this woman must improve.
