This has to be the worst location. Service is horrible. Employees are rude. not once has my drive thru order been correct. Going inside isn't much better. It's sad that I have to drive to a location further from my house to get better service.

I couldn’t help but post how much of a great job the team did at around 3 this Friday Nov.28 Karina I believe was her name; was multi tasking like no other and the rest in the back were just going ham! Food was tasty and service was superb. I’m very impressed!

The drive through order system is ridiculous. AI that doesn't know what's on the menu. I orderd 3 Hot One specials that come with sauce. Sauce that you apparently need to ask for. I added bacon and cheese to a sandwich, that I didn't get. They didn't give me a receipt, so I was unable to drive the 20 minutes back to the store to have my order corrected. I also had to ask for my drinks.

Tonight I ordered 2 Can Dine, with white meat. I live in Ventura, but the drive seems worth it. But not to night, I get home with 3 pieces of chicken, one biscuit and one side. I called as soon as I discovered my order was short, I have actually called 8 times. No one is answering the phone. I also took a picture of my order. Unfortunately this is not the first time my order has been messed up. I have been a long time customer, like since you opened up. This is not only disappointing, but frustrating. Especially since my family is waiting to eat dinner. I would like you can give me the meal I ordered or reimburse me. You need to fix this issue or your business will suffer. I hope someone will respond to this message.
Chicken is very crispy and good. Many of the employee is not kind. They seems they think most of the customer is cheap as their foods are cheap.

Most of the time the AI ordering system cannot hear me or understand me. Every other time this has happened I was able to just drive up to the window and order from a human. This time, the human in the window said I could not order from him, even though there was no one in line behind me when I first drove up to the window. He said I would have to drive around and order from the AI system, which I’d already unsuccessfully tried. He told me that I hadn’t talked to the AI ordering system, when I definitely had. He wouldn’t listen to me, so I had to come in to order. When I got inside I heard him lying to his manager or coworker about what had happened. Thankfully the manager was kind and helped me out, but the whole ordeal was so upsetting that I don’t plan to return to this location. It was far too unnecessarily stressful.
