No refunds and instructions unclear. States to put "coins" and you think it's quarters but it's actually dollars. No change if you made a mistake. What a gimmick that probably gets free money from peopleEdit Response:No clear instructions again. $ sign doesn't mean anything except decorations. Especially when you state coins. At least write it out . You should be clear in it saying the price.I didn't see a call number for issues so I may have made a mistake if it wasn't obviously placed."3000" people doesn't mean they are satisfied or think that the price is good. There are tons of places who tons of customers but don't have what it should to make it better.Please address these issues when you have time.Thank you

I was initially hesitant to try out this cotton candy machine located at the Annex in the Collection. However, my daughter insisted on getting one. She picked the Nanay Rosie shape. She was really excited to watch the machine make her cotton candy, BUT it made small cone shape. She was disappointed. My husband pushed me to contact the company to see how they can rectify our experience. I texted the phone number with what happened and sent them a photo of what the machine produced. Within minutes, we received a response and luckily, the machine has its own cameras. They were willing to give us a full refund and a free cotton candy. Since we are locals, we went back that same evening, texted them that we were at the machine, we selected our shape, and received our cotton candy experience as promised. My daughter was beyond happy with the cotton candy that was bigger than her big head. Lesson learned, give businesses the benefit of the doubt. More times than not, they just want to give customers the best experience. We will be going back when we have cotton candy cravings!
