The food is consistently good; however, they blast the music so loudly that you can't even talk to the person across from you without screaming. It's ridiculous and makes me never want to go back.

My husband and I got Canes and decided to eat it in the car since our toddler was sleeping. Since this was at night we didn't notice the bread had mold until we got home. It was too late by the time we noticed. We had eaten half of it already to top it off the fries were extra salty. we come here occasionally but after this we're not coming anymore.

Went through the drive thru to order my food as usual. Got home and it is ALWAYS the same thing. I get a miserable side of fries. Always rude employees when ordering and picking food up. This is the last time I’m coming here.

The experience at being at canes was really not it. I had a bad experience because my food was half way cooked and the tenders were tiny,Another thing about it was that u guys have to clean ur soda machine my drink has white stuff all over it.

Been to this location in oxnard countless times since it opened. Never had any major issues before up until yesterday 03/10/24. Chicken had a nasty "burnt" "smokey" taste to it. Thought it was maybe just my order but nope, it was every single piece of chicken we had. Absolutely disgusting. Machines have to be checked or cleaned it seems like. What a shame.

I have gave them plenty of chances. Only one time have the fries been cooked all the way. The people who they hire must love green bean casserole and can't cook for real. Tragedy! At least hire people who know how to cook something as simple as fries. Common sense not common at this restaurant. My order today the food was so cold as if it was sitting out for hours. These workers are bogus.

Compared to raising canes in Santa Maria or Ontario, the chicken isn't as freshly cooked, the toast is soft, not toasted and fries unseasoned. Flavor is correct, but freshness/crispiness is not as good. The service and ordering was good.
