I apologize for sharing this but maybe it will help. My family ate there last evening and it started off ok. We were seated right away and immediately greeted by our server. Drink order was given and then took a long time for her to come back. Eventually we ordered our food. That took forever to come out. First round was my soup, salad, son’s food and my mom’s food. Nothing for my dad. Then his coleslaw and broccoli came out. After about 10 minutes my mom’s potato came out but still no entree for my dad. Another 10 minutes later his one lobster tale and a plate of broccoli. Another 10 minutes after that his 2nd tale and yet another plate of broccoli. By the end we had 4 plates of broccoli on our table. Terrible service.

I ordered on door dash. The past three times I ordered I didn't get one of my side dishes. Their Lobster tail was totally overcooked. Their biscuits were totally dry. After years of eating from this place, I will never order from them again.

I do not know what was going on Thursday night, it took 3 hours to have a meal. They delivered food to us that was not ours 4 times. I saw 2 tables be seated and wait so long they just walked out. I had to get up and get my own water. The table next to us just walked up to the ar to get more drinks. The waiter would disappear for 15 minutes at a time come back and only help 1 table, usually the one by the entrance to the seating area.

Service was very slow. I went for the all you can eat shrimp.... Took 30 mins to get food then refills were about 15mins... It looked like they were understaffed as the waiters looked stressed and the kitchen must have been understaffed because the waiters kept telling me the good want ready yet... The shrimp was great!

ordered for delivery. Food was mostly cold when it arrived. Lobster tail wasn't worth it, snow crab, shrimp linguini and the baked shrimps were awesome though. The sizes of the meals were very underwhelming though. All in all it was a good meal but it left us hungry after all of those meals and around 50$ for two persons.

I decided to have an early Mother's Day Celebration Lunch here at Red Lobster! It was quite possibly one of the best seafood dinner's I ever had in my life & I have spent about half of my life on the Gulf Coast, in the Houston//Galveston Area, so I've personally seen incredible fishing vessels & people hard at work & I know what hard work it takes to bring the seafood to the table! That's one reason I always give thanks to God to bless the food and those that made it all possible! So after dinner, It was so good I ordered next, a cup of coffee for a warm dessert to help me get out the door! The Red Lobster dining experience was like the original Jimmy Walkers in Kemah, Texas 77565 or dining in the heart & soul of New Orleans French Quarter itself! Good God! So this Salmon Dish covered with Shrimp & sauce was served with a 5 star House Salad with soda biscuits and it was well worth every penny! Life just keeps getting better! I recently visited Red Lobster Restaurant on Mother's Day and was seated after a 35-minute wait. The staff was friendly, and the smoothie took about 10 minutes to arrive. Although there were many open tables, the wait times were still long, and I wasn't sure if it was due to a short staff or if they were intentionally not packing the building.The food arrived fresh and hot, and the bread was, as always, on point. However, some of my table guests found the Calamari too salty, although I personally thought it had the perfect amount of salt, possibly sea salt. Unfortunately, we were brought the wrong side for one of our meals, but it was quickly replaced with the correct sides.One of the issues we encountered was that we were not given knives for our two orders of steaks. It took about 8 minutes for the hostess to correct this, causing my steak to grow cold during the wait period. I had to ask another waitress to help us get this resolved, but luckily my steak was not too cold. The drink refills also took just as long to arrive.Furthermore, the presentation of one lobster was great, while the other wasn't as impressive. Based on my past experiences with Red Lobster Restaurant, this was under par, even for a holiday. Overall, it was an average experience with some minor mishaps, but I still enjoyed the food and the friendly staff.

A table for the size of our group was available right away, which shocked me.Service was amazing by everyone but our assigned server. The food was a hit and miss; some dishes were delicious like the stuffed Mushrooms, broccoli, and popcorn shrimp. Other dishes were plain and lack flavor and meat like the fish and crab legs.Overall we did have a good time.

Jose was the server today. He charged my card incorrectly it was overcharged then to find out he stated the meal came with two sides when we ordered then when charged again he said it only came with one side. I have been a customer there for a long time. I kept my cool today. Hope that he realizes the inconvenience of running the card multiple times and not providing factual information. I also hope that the manager who helped him also realizes that he should have at least been engaging due to several mistakes. Definitely poor management today. They will definitely hear from me if the first charge does not get removed.
