Stopped by this Filipino bakery to pick up some snacks for work. This is a pretty well known bakery with locations throughout the US. They have tons of options for sweets and also Filipino food if you are looking for more than just something sweet. Bought some Manon which is a sponge cake and some empanadas. Everything was delicious

Overall good experience I had the meat empanadas and they were very tasty I liked them a lot!I had the ube cake and flan and it was tasty but the cake was pretty dry. The pancit palabok was okay.

I just picked up a palabok family platter .... Not sure what happened to this branch but honestly, they did not put enough palabok sauce, just eggs and chicharon toppings. No taste and so bland. Unbelievable. Total ripped off. My favorite dish. Total let down. Won't go back to this location.

Stopped by this famous Filipino bake shop that has locations all over the Philippines and some locations throughout the US. First time to visit this location in Oxnard and found the shop to be bright, clean and well-maintained. They offered a good variety of the flavored sponge cakes called mamon. We picked up a variety pack of six so we could try the different flavors. All were moist and not too sweet. We always love the chicken empanada and ordered a half dozen, which came with one free. Their empanadas are all meat and not much else. Flavorful with a light flaky crust. Finally, we bought a mango Supreme cake. Yum! There were several layers of cake alternate with a delicious mango flavored creme and topped with a generous portion of glazed mangos. Total hit with our guests!Appreciated the courteous service and will return for sure next time we need something for a special occasion.

The service and server was great but the food was meh. I tried their arroz caldo, the chicken was very stringy... if that makes sense lol and the Ube latte tasted bland.

Went in to get a slice of ube and some chicken empanadas (4, I believe). The order took more than 30 minutes for us to get. The people working behind the counter were consistently confused about what we had ordered even after we showed them the receipt. This place isn't worth the wait. While the food was ok (at best), it definitely not worth putting up with this level of incompetence. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

This place is so overpriced now compared to what you actually get. The rolls seem to have shrunken to half the size with still a price increase. Everything taste so bland now and no longer fresh. I would say the only consistent item is the butter mamon. Probably my last visit...

Always great cakes! Sam was friendly, professional and prompt. Glad we found that Oxnard had a store when we visited to celebrate our son's 5th bday so we had it fresh day of the party!

What is up with listed phone? Not answered by a human, never a message taken. The shop should be open by posted days/hours but NOTHING is said on the outgoing message which is on auto repeat. Why even HAVE a phone? This is a poor level of respect for customers. Will I drive all the way there only to find shop is closed & no ube cake for the birthday?

Ask for beef, and they gave me all chicken. Even tho I told the lady beef and she repeat the order and said beef. Later they gave all chicken and THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENS!

I ordered one of their Mango Supreme cakes for a pot luck on the 14th. The theme was Filipino food and apparently this bakery is pretty popular in the Philippines. My co-workers loved the cake and I thought it was great.Regular cakes either have too much frosting or terrible frosting or that whipped cream artificial colored frosting that's just kind of okay. This cake was light and not an overbearing amount of sweetness. I tried their palabok, the taisan and today I bought their butter mamon. All of it was great.I might come back to order a roll cake for my mom's birthday in May. Keep up the good work. ♡

Haven't tried their hot food selection as I tend to grab bread or sweets since it's what they're known for. Clean, spacious, and service is quick! Personal favorite is the yema ensaimada or ube flavored. Caramel crunch cake is also a hit in our household. As it's in the Rose shopping center, parking is competitive but not bad.

Arroz caldo was delicious! Also the Palabok and Mamon tried and true to form:-) Great friendly service. Very clean and organized display of pastries. Just find parking near Walmart if busy traffic. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
