We were seated right away with a smile. The hamburgers are delicious and the fries are unlimited. Great go to place for great food and atmosphere. Thanks Red Robin....Yum

Our waitress was nice and took care of us. The three star is for the manager not the waitress. However your manager wanted to charge me for a slice of orange instead of a slice of lemon in my ice tea. We will not return to this Red Robin.

My wife and I were there today around 3pm and at the Oxnard lication. Most of the restaurant was empty. After I got my bill, I know why its empty. $24 dollars for a one person pizza. My wife's sandwich was $17.00, no sides. So she wanted onion rings, and $4:00 for a handful less than 5 onion rings a dollar a piece?? RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP IN A RED ROBIN. NOT WORTH IT! $64. not including tip. NO WONDER YOUR RESTAURANT IS EMPTY.

Decent place. The crispy chicken sandwich was what I had and it was delicious. Got an old fashioned drink, it was skimped and small... for some reason.

Our waitresses name was Juli(e) and she was great! I’ll be honest she forgot our drinks but only because she was so involved tending to the entire dining room INCLUDING THE BAR. Thinking of it we only saw Juli(e) and Nate for the first half of our visit. There was a female bartender that we only noticed towards the end because Juli(e) herself was the one actively preparing our drinks when we first arrived. Overall the service was great just takes a little understanding. Would definitely go back! Thanks to all the staff from the kitchen staff, bussers, the host and of course Juli! Hard to go somewhere nowadays and for the people to have good customer service but everyone was great including the younger chico that was off the clock and was still so willing to help us! Management should definitely give them a raise because I’m sure they don’t realize how great of staff they had and yes staff members are replaceable but good customer service is hard to find!!!

The service was terrible . I had to ask for my daughter’s drinks 3 times then go up to the bar and ask again and the waiter kept forgetting them. They didn’t get their drinks till the end of the meal.
