Wanted to order 10 pizzas for staff meeting. Called the store 3 times and choose option 8 for cafe. The line was disconnected or broken, so I than called and spoke to customer service, who told me I had to come to the store and order the pizzas. I could not order them over the phone or on my scan-and-go app until I got to the store. I drove 15 min to the store and place my order for 10 pizzas on the app and went to the pick-up counter to acknowledge that I was there to pick up the 10 pizzas. The gentlemen told me that it would be 1.5 hours and that they were really busy with only one oven, and it would be best if I just go get a refund at the customer service desk. So I spent another 15-20 minutes waiting at customer service desk to get a refund which took 2 people to figure out how to do. Lesson learned...stick to Costco for Pizza!

The prices and hours are great . One thing that needs to be improved is the curbside pickup . Sat and Sun people use it as a regular parking spot . Not sure how Sam’s can fix that but it’s crazy when u have a scheduled pick up and people are parking in the curbside to shop

The pharmacy is awesome and I like the Scan and Go feature so I can get out quickly. Like the smaller sizes. Costco has orange juice in qty of three where Sam’s is 2 as an example. I like being able to get one gallon on milk too.

Purchased rack of lamb and pork ribs my first time there and both were ROTTEN. Customer service was awful, literally laughed on the phone about it. I had to save the meat overnight to get a refund, on top of driving 40 minutes one way to get there with the stench of rotten meat wafting around to get the $60 I spent refunded. Will NEVER shop here again.
