This is the only store that have a excellent service and they make my order differently from any other Starbucks stores..they make my iced mocha cookie crumble really taste good other than any other store!! Huge difference they need to check the other stores why are they making it so poorly..😑NOW! oct 2024 lower it to 3 star cause they are putting more whipped cream now mostly if guys making it.. this sucks you pay more they put less right ingredients...

Everyone knows that there's expensive fancy drinks at Starbucks. That's what they're known for.What you don't know is regular coffee isn't as expensive. I recommend getting a pour-over, as it's a secret that you can ALWAYS request a pour-over for hot coffee at no additional charge.I find myself here quite often, bringing a hot cup home with me.

I just ordered 2 drink there was alot of cars. I waited like 10 minutes just for them to tell me they don’t have any change
We were trapped in the drive thru for exactly one hour. Once we finally get our drinks they were obviously melted and been sitting for awhile. We requested to get them remade which took another 7 minutes and they were normal menu items and made wrong.

so i decided to buy a mug they don't even have a box or a paper bag that fits the item that i purchase its disappointing that they don't have those with them what about if the item that i bought is a gift for someone ? so i need to go to a different store to buy paper bag and a box ? like your selling fragile items then you don't have a proper box and paper bag for those items ? in case that they don't have it they should mention it to the customer that they don’t have a box and a paper bag for those item before payment so we can still decided if we want to buy it.
Terrible, I ordered two cappuccinos to take away and one came out with just foam.
