I placed a mobile order just to show up and see employees inside with the doors locked and no explanation. This is not the first time this has happened. Just go to the other location on Channel Islands and don’t waste your time with this one.

They don't have connections for the computer, I just want a Starbucks and come to do my homework, but they weren't dirty tables because they have those to spare.
After using the bathroom at Burger King and writing the review before this one, I went and left a three-dollar tip on the ledge of the drive-thru window. He gave me a thumbs up ! I wonder if he will leave it there, put it in their tip jar, or use it towards the next person's order. I'm happy with whatever he does with it, As long as he doesn't let it blow away in the wind haha 🫶🙏

Always a delightful experience here at this location!! I go here almost every night after to grab a much needed tea after a long day at work . The the Barrista "Emmelia" is so welcoming and professional!! Definitely need more barristas like this missy indeed!! 🥇🩵
