Everyone knows that there's expensive fancy drinks at Starbucks. That's what they're known for.What you don't know is regular coffee isn't as expensive. I recommend getting a pour-over, as it's a secret that you can ALWAYS request a pour-over for hot coffee at no additional charge.I find myself here quite often, bringing a hot cup home with me.

We were trapped in the drive thru for exactly one hour. Once we finally get our drinks they were obviously melted and been sitting for awhile. We requested to get them remade which took another 7 minutes and they were normal menu items and made wrong.

so i decided to buy a mug they don't even have a box or a paper bag that fits the item that i purchase its disappointing that they don't have those with them what about if the item that i bought is a gift for someone ? so i need to go to a different store to buy paper bag and a box ? like your selling fragile items then you don't have a proper box and paper bag for those items ? in case that they don't have it they should mention it to the customer that they don’t have a box and a paper bag for those item before payment so we can still decided if we want to buy it.

Failed management missing supplies/ingredients and has Worst customer service with the most condescending person to be their cashier. The worst location to get a supposed quality coffee! It's no wonder that this Large capacity location have SO many empty tables! Lesson learned! Never going here again! EVER!
