If I could list all the times they have been disrespectful at this location I’d be here FOREVER! There’s this old lady who works the drive thru she can’t understand anything! They should send her to the front NOT working the drive thru she charged me venti and gave me small! Not only that but when I went in yesterday the workers were playing around rather than helping! I come to this location because it’s on the way to work! Everyone there are horrible worker! When I’m in a rush I can’t just go back since I need to get to work so it’s an inconvenience to keep calling and they don’t change

I repeatedly explained that I urgently needed the restroom and would make a purchase right after, but both the baristas and manager kept insisting “you must buy first.” One barista even ignored me, and another said, “I’ve already told you,” I left without ordering very unwelcoming and disrespectful experience. 09/01/25 around 11:35am

My friend and I went through the drive-thru and tried speaking to place our order. Nobody responded to our presence. When we drove up to the Drive Thru window, nobody was there, and it was empty inside. This was literally at 8:45PM, and they close at 10 pm. Like, come on, really.

Morning staff treat you with hostility and suspicion if you need to use the restroom. The bathrooms were also dirty and unkempt, which they shouldn't be since you're literally forced to pay for the privilege of using them.
