My friend and I went through the drive-thru and tried speaking to place our order. Nobody responded to our presence. When we drove up to the Drive Thru window, nobody was there, and it was empty inside. This was literally at 8:45PM, and they close at 10 pm. Like, come on, really.

Went to the Starbucks on saviers in Oxnard on 7/19/2025 at 9:53 pm and they did said they were closed even though it says they close at 10pm.

Morning staff treat you with hostility and suspicion if you need to use the restroom. The bathrooms were also dirty and unkempt, which they shouldn't be since you're literally forced to pay for the privilege of using them.

This is a small store with a busy drive thru. Parking at severely limited , but there was some available when I arrived. Story Interiors clean but I did not use the bathroom there. Coffee condiments station was well-stocked. Staff members were courteous and professional, but clearly very busy. My online order was ready when I arrived and the coffee was good quality. I'm on a dark roast to kick at the moment, and this product is fitting the bill for me.

I as most people have been purchasing Starbucks for years. My order is simple, a short cup of coffee. Starbucks has never made a sleeve for a cup that small and they always double cup it for that reason. Today, they handed me my hot cup with no double cup. I politely asked for a second and the attendant said that they do not give out double cups anymore. I began to explain that they do not make a sleeve and the cup is really hot to which she rudely interrupted with “ are you asking for a double cup” then seemingly bothered angrily brought me a second cup as if my request was monumental. Very rude, and I’m sure I was not the first nor the last person she’s rude to. Her manager stood there and said nothing, which means she is also aloof to customer service .
Closest Starbucks to my house, not going back.

Each time I've gone to this location in the past month (2-3x because of convenience) the workers are unfriendly, my drinks are watered down or have so much ice that I have two sips and the drink is gone.Today, the syrup was at the bottom of my cup, not incorporated into my drink at all and my bacon gouda was cold.The young male worker that was on shift (around 11:45 today) was clearly in a bad mood.The quality of this establishment is so bad, I won't be going to this location anymore.

OMG if i can rate it a zero i would, the night time crew has the ugliest attitude ever for no reason, they got my order wrong and the short girl with the dark hair on the night shift nearly threw my drink she remade because she had to re make it. ive tried to go give it more chances but honestly the new employees dont know what customer service is DONT WASTE UR TIME!

Used to love this location until recently. One of their workers posted videos steaming milk with java chips, I used to work as a barista and not only is this so against standard but it's scares me as someone with celiac disease. The chips have gluten in them and I know those steamers can get really clogged and are hard to clean! Won't be going here again if you have allergies be careful!!

Blowing their AC max at you once you sit down, because they don't want anyone there, little no ac at afternoon but max fan and cold at night, gums on table, wish the ac in manager's owner's house are that cold 24/7

I spent 15 minutes in line, and they didn't help me because they didn't have change for 50, how can it be that such a large business doesn't have change? It was a waste of time for me.

I love Starbucks - I work on the road and a friendly, clean and delicious Starbucks is a lighthouse.

This is the third time I've been to this location, and the past two times, both my drinks and my coworkers were not filled in a timely manner. The last time we had ordered ahead of time on the mobile app and as other beverages were filled - were told to not order on the mobile app and to let staff know as we arrived.

This last time, we specifically did not order ahead. The results were worse (10+minutes and people who ordered after me, including my coworker) had their drinks filled long before mine. To get my drink i had to ask TWICE. I have noticed that cold drinks tend to get made first - apparently a tea latte and SOLO espresso are complicated feats.

Both drinks were delicious. The temperature was freezing ?. And we were asked to leave left because the bathroom got clogged and they couldn't keep lobby open. Not necessarily their fault but odd.

Drive through best use of this location.
