I work at the hospital and only get 15 min for break. I ordered ahead but the lobby was close and the drive through line was insane. 3 cars sticking out on both directions. When I called to let the associate know I wouldn’t be able to pick up, he kindly offered to walk my order out for me. I believe his name was Josh. Thank you so much, it’s truly appreciated.

I noticed when I ordered anything with Cold Foam the foam always has air bubbles in it oppose to other Starbuck location. I usually go to a different Starbucks, however I live in the neighborhood, and rather not travel further than I need to. I question one of the associates and she said, the ratio of ingredient may be off at times if made too quickly, needless to say this happens pretty often at this location. In my opinion the the foam is a crucial ingredient especially when ordering a Cold Brew or something stronger. Please consider my views. Thank you for your cooperation.

Spend 7 dollars for a venti coffee, which I did not get I got the cup but my coffee was a little above half full and most of it was froth milk like really might as well of gotten a grande. DO BETTER!

Whoever was working at 5:18pm on Wednesday April 16th what the actual heck happened to my drinks I ordered two mango dragon fruit drinks with lemonade and the both were very light in color and tasted so light as if they were made with water and the girl that attended me was so rude literally worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks never coming here again.

I've deleted my Starbucks app and I would rather get coffee anywhere else at the Starbucks I was shopping in the shopping complex on my way walk to my cardiologist appointment on the same street and I needed to pee really bad I take a large milligrams amount of diuretics do to having heart defect and Starbucks wouldn't let me use the bathroom unless I purchased something I was pretty upset I would rather choke down a gas station coffee then ever buy another cup from Starbucks again

The worst starbucks in oxnard! Manager and staffs are rude! Except for the one guy that took my order so I gave him tip equivalent to my total amount ordered. But im not coming back here! Nasty attitude!

I came to study and grab some coffee, and I was shocked at the state of the establishment. It was dirty and unkept and the interior was very small, not very welcoming. The coffee is good just like any starbucks but this place should really focus on their cleanliness for their customers. 🤕
Wheelchair accessibility: Usually crowded and it may be hard to get by, but there are tables to sit at.

We were waiting and seated inside. The young man filling our order did not call our name for coffee ready, and the lid on my hot coffee was dirty with spices or chocolate bits. He wasn't sharp. Also, probably the owner/manager, Caucasian in a pink sweater, sounded a bit strict talking to her employee for any of us to hear in the restaurant. The Bautista looked sad afterwards and it took her a bit to get her smile back. BTW, the Bautista was doing a great job with all of the customers.

This Starbucks should add a small window on the side of their shop, they’re so inconsiderate for their online orders. I had somewhere to be after picking up my drinks and they sent us to the drive through line, not to mention it was ridiculously long! that’s why I had ordered online to pick up IN STORE? Isn’t that how it is advertised, so I don’t have to wait. Terrible, terrible, terrible and the drinks were not the best either.
