The worst starbucks in oxnard! Manager and staffs are rude! Except for the one guy that took my order so I gave him tip equivalent to my total amount ordered. But im not coming back here! Nasty attitude!

I came to study and grab some coffee, and I was shocked at the state of the establishment. It was dirty and unkept and the interior was very small, not very welcoming. The coffee is good just like any starbucks but this place should really focus on their cleanliness for their customers. 🤕

Wheelchair accessibility: Usually crowded and it may be hard to get by, but there are tables to sit at.

We were waiting and seated inside. The young man filling our order did not call our name for coffee ready, and the lid on my hot coffee was dirty with spices or chocolate bits. He wasn't sharp.
Also, probably the owner/manager, Caucasian in a pink sweater, sounded a bit strict talking to her employee for any of us to hear in the restaurant. The Bautista looked sad afterwards and it took her a bit to get her smile back. BTW, the Bautista was doing a great job with all of the customers.

This Starbucks should add a small window on the side of their shop, they’re so inconsiderate for their online orders. I had somewhere to be after picking up my drinks and they sent us to the drive through line, not to mention it was ridiculously long! that’s why I had ordered online to pick up IN STORE? Isn’t that how it is advertised, so I don’t have to wait. Terrible, terrible, terrible and the drinks were not the best either.

So, I do enjoy every now and then a caramel frapuchino, but what I don't like is how cheap , their straws are, mean fuc. They break. After 4 -5 sips.

Came in to pick up my mobile order because the app said it was ready. When I couldn't find it, I asked the employee and she gave me the worst attitude ever. I just assumed the drink got stolen which is why I asked and wanted to make sure it still wasn't in the process. However, she got upset she had to remake my drink (which ended up being terrible). They were disrespectful to all the customers that were in at this time. I understand being busy, but not disrespectful to people who are being nothing but nice/understanding.

I don't want to be rude but I asked for a Frappuccino and they gave me pure water. It seemed like it had been prepared for a while and it turned like water. I complained to the employee and they gave me another one and that one was the same. I didn't say anything to him. It's better to get out of the room. place. I will never return very bad service
