I’ve gone here a couple times and the service is Great. It does get busy but it seems no matter how many locations there already are people can’t get enough Starbucks.

So I guess I was all about that Starbies life, that was until my experience at the Starbucks in the Walmart shopping center in Oxnard.I was with my two Besties, Baljit, and Fatima. We ordered through the mobile app so we can save time because we had dinner plans. Turns out they ran out of a drink. We did not have time and we lost out a drink and we were not compensatedNext time I will definitely be using my coffee bean app insteadThanks anywayMr Castillo III

Not so great. To be fair, they were extremely overwhelmed and didn't seem to have a good plan in place or enough staff. I'm not sure, but it was a looooong wait, and they didn't make the drinks correctly. Somehow, the THREE orders after mine were ready first, and after mine was made, it kinda just hung out behind the counter w the barista until I asked for it lol...so that was weird. Also, they weren't taking mobile orders. That should've been my clue not to stop there. My bad, but never again ?

My custom beverage is notorious for being difficult to make. This makes ordering my drink something I have become a little apprehensive about due to the reactions I've received. However, at this location I am always treated with such positive energy and happiness!! Madis always makes my experience better than the last and I don't know how she does it lol It's the simple things like letting me know that my drink is not a problem to make and asking how my day is going. Dealing with everyone at the location is always so wonderful too!! Everyone is also always pleasantly presentable!! ???✨Dietary restrictions: ???

I have no clue how these employees stay so friendly and professional. This is one of the more hectic Starbucks I’ve been to and whenever i go people are demanding things of the employees, uninteresting in waiting during rushed, etc, but the workers handle everything with patience and grace. Plus my drinks taste great!

Everytime I come here they missing some ingredient so can't make a certain drink today I ordered 2 hot chocolates and only received one a different cash register guy was working went up to complain explaining I wanted two hot chocolates instead the guy ordered me a chai tea don't know how you mix up a simple drink I still don't know if I even got charged extra since it was a venti chia tea and not a hot cocoa

I have never been to such a bad Starbucks in my life. We literally waited half an hour through the drive thru, they were out of our drink which happens I know, but the line was backed up and took forever just to have someone take our order. Idk if they had issues inside or difficult customers but it seems rather ridiculous to have to wait so long in line, to order and to have the card reader broken down. Thank goodness we had cash this time, cause we usually don't. There shouldn't be such a pause just for an oder to be taken and and it wasn't even rush hour.
