I come to this location periodically. This morning, I ordered an iced half decaf have regular short pumpkin spice latte. When I reach the window and after I paid (Tip included), I was handed a hot drink. I was frustrated. Iced and hot do not sound alike. The guy that handed me the drink asked if I wanted to them to remake the drink, I was already running late so of course, I said no. Questioning about coming back here again.

On June 30 Monday Around 8 p.mā¦My family placed the order for two small (tall) Drinks. We ordered it and I walked in two minutes before they order Of course, I did not expect them to be doneā¦ But one of them had a very disrespectful attitude, rolling his eyes telling me to wait. Which of course I said thatās fine. I can waitā¦ It took around 10 or maybe eight minutes to make our drinks.. As well as when he gave me them, he put them all the way in front of him so I had to reachā¦. On top of that, I asked for straws and he just threw them at meā¦ also I had a hot drink and I need one of those cardboard things to help me hold it because itās hotā¦. Same thing with the straw, he just threw it on the sideā¦. Very disrespectfulā¦ These three young men were just talking on the mic and Acting as if I canāt hear them whisperā¦ā¦ If you really donāt like your job, what do you work there?!? If you canāt get a better job that sounds like a you problem that you need to fix personally, not fighting with other people.
