The ladies were very unhappy. I ordered an a Americano and was charged for a splash of cream. They both had bad attitudes. I had already put my card in when I realized the extra charge. They insisted this was correct. Will stick to just going to Starbucks.

I come in here a lot to grab my drink they made a mistake which they have had before they make me feel like it’s my fault and they are doing me a favor by making the correct drink? No sorry no nothing..I had to drive back to get it corrected. Note to self make sure to check your drink before leaving.. I already know how they are so I try to hold my anger back because I come in here a lot. But will try to go to the Vons instead because they are much nicer.

This is a great Starbucks that I feel caters more to local clientele rather than travelers. Very clean and well staffed. One of the best cappuccinos I've had, which is the measure of a coffee shop! They usually want to put in too much milk and make it more like a latte. This was a full-on cappuccino and it was appreciated!

Ordered ahead online and my order was a grande and the lady couldn’t find my name so she made a really rude voice, but later she “found the order” and it was only 1/4 filled very disappointed pretty much money wasted, didn’t want to make a scene so I decided just to drive away … this was my drink after literally one small sip …. I always go in drive tru and always have good service but this time I went inside and they were taking long and took a while to get my drink and they even gave me the wrong order so I had to wait longer. They were messing up on other peoples orders too. The workers having fun and talking to each other which I don’t mind but it look that was a distraction cus they were messing up on orders. Next time I’ll just go on drive tru

Here’s one for you! So this Starbucks is located inside of Vons. My sister treated me this morning and I know that they can get pretty pricey, but did anybody know that the specific Starbucks excepts SNAP benefits? Thank you, *Sissy❤.

I don’t drink coffee, but they serve tea, right? Well, not at this location. I was getting some tires put on the car so I thought I’ll go over to Starbucks get a cup a tea and use the wi-fi while I wait. I used the restroom first. Wow, filthy. It wasn’t just dirty, it is suffering from long term poor cleaning. Next I go up to the counter to order tea. I asked for some tea. They said they had NO tea. They only make two drinks in the place, they were out of one. I asked, “do you have any tea bags?” The answer was “no”. It’s in the parking lot of a super Walmart. I wonder if they sell teabags there?
