This is a great Starbucks that I feel caters more to local clientele rather than travelers. Very clean and well staffed. One of the best cappuccinos I've had, which is the measure of a coffee shop! They usually want to put in too much milk and make it more like a latte. This was a full-on cappuccino and it was appreciated!

I always go in drive tru and always have good service but this time I went inside and they were taking long and took a while to get my drink and they even gave me the wrong order so I had to wait longer. They were messing up on other peoples orders too. The workers having fun and talking to each other which I don’t mind but it look that was a distraction cus they were messing up on orders. Next time I’ll just go on drive tru

wish I can give this place zero stars had the worst first experience at this place and will never be returning back to this Starbucks specifically. I went today around 4pm and don't know if this girl was having a bad day or what but had a sorry attitude . First I ordered a croissant she forgot about it and burnt it so she had to make another just for her to toss it to me rudely instead of handing it to me nicely I then talked to the manager and said "don't think she meant to do that " even one of the guys that worked there had to apologize for their pooor behavior overall the manager was matching the same energy as the girl. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE

This Starbucks SUCKS!!!! Hands down the worst f****** experience I've had at any Starbucks. Where do I start? Well for one I was stuck in the drive thru for 30 F****** MINIUTES before getting my order which that alone is ridiculous. And if that's not enough I ordered 3 whole things one of which was a strawberry acai with no ice, I instead got it with a lot of ice..... and light on the strawberries, tf? And on top of that one of our drinks which was a Matcha green tea latte which I paid full price for btw was just not included at all. I then reminded the girl at the window about it to which she said that she told me that were out of that one which no tf she did not say at the speaker. And it's was very clear she didn't give 2 fucks anyways. I swear I was that close to going off on her for her piss poor service. I can only imagine how much she angered the people in front of me.

Wow Alex Guerrero had the worst attitude. I asked him if a cup that I really liked was on sale cuz it was a Xmas cup and he just said "no" without even looking at me. I felt like I was bothering him. So I ordered my drink and I tried to pay with my phone, (Starbucks has that option) and he just said "no, we don't take that". At this point an employee should apologize for the inconvenience but not Alex. He has zero customer service skills. Starbucks doesn't need negative people like Alex.

Here’s one for you! So this Starbucks is located inside of Vons. My sister treated me this morning and I know that they can get pretty pricey, but did anybody know that the specific Starbucks excepts SNAP benefits? Thank you, *Sissy❤.
I don’t drink coffee, but they serve tea, right? Well, not at this location. I was getting some tires put on the car so I thought I’ll go over to Starbucks get a cup a tea and use the wi-fi while I wait. I used the restroom first. Wow, filthy. It wasn’t just dirty, it is suffering from long term poor cleaning. Next I go up to the counter to order tea. I asked for some tea. They said they had NO tea. They only make two drinks in the place, they were out of one. I asked, “do you have any tea bags?” The answer was “no”. It’s in the parking lot of a super Walmart. I wonder if they sell teabags there?

I put another star only because the lady helping me was very nice but they have one person working there so I stood in line with one other person in front of me for about 15 minutes becasue she had to stop and make them 3 drinks. Every person they help they have to go and make the drinks after and then help the next person so it takes fooooorever and now I’m late for work even though I got here early. It would be helpful if there was just one more person here!

Absolutely zero complaints about this location. I actually prefer it a million times over the drive thru location on the same shopping center because of its cleanliness, courteousness and speediness. I come (no judging) 4 days a week. If you come at around lunch time, there will be a line but I have never had to wait a ridiculous time (more than 15 mins) from when I first get on the line to when I received my drink. Around 1-1:30 is the sweet time, hardly anyone on the line. The baristas are all super nice and friendly. They took time helping a lady who was clearly new to the drinks (they do exist, I was shocked) in such a patient manner, explaining and recommending. It was nice to witness. Another plus, freshly remodeled a few months ago, maybe a year? And it's always kept so clean.
