Online it says open till 11pm, I'm here at 9:54pm and they have blocked off the drive through and the doors to the cafe itself. Update your hours or get less lazy staff.

Every time I visit this location, no matter what I order, they never get it right—it’s almost a guarantee. Occasionally, I have no choice (especially when the Starbucks at the collection runs out of oatmilk), so I end up here, and it never fails. Today, I ordered a matcha with only 2 scoops of powder, but I didn’t get that. They definitely added at least 4 scoops. You can tell by both the color and the taste—it was so sweet that I almost spit it out. I always use mobile ordering and stick to the same order, and every other location gets it right—except this one, and it's not just this order, it happens with other drink orders as well. I had to leave a review today because I’m really fed up with this.

9/20/2024 9:30am my experience today was horrible. I was in the drive thru lane pulled up to placed an order the lady that took my order offered (pastries ) I said “not today thank you” after I said that she stayed quiet so I thought she was charging a customer on the other side.. nope I was she asked again in a very disgustingly rude way.. took my order in a very bad attitude.. I always come to this location first time i experienced something like this.. I pulled around it was the same lady (Evelyn) I read her name didn’t even say “your welcome” I asked for a straw she just handed it out and didn’t say a word… Starbucks do better when you hire people, or don’t put people with a bad attitude in the morning.

I always get the most basic cup of coffee for a reason. Small Pike w/splash of whole milk and 2 packets of sugar. No hand offs to someone else and can be made while I wait. I don't know if it's the new coffee machines or the new management BUT I'm always forgotten about. I've mobile ordered and have had my family's drinks made and but mine is almost always last and I have to remind the workers what I'm waiting for. Today was no exception. Put an order in at 11:18 with a ready time at 11:23. It wasn't visually made until 11:38 when one of the workers remembered my order. So what is the best way to get the basics of coffee timely here?

This Starbucks has just gone downhill, opening late, closing the store at any time. Rude associates. And yes I have called corporate, apparently was going to get a call from the DM. Never did. Something needs to change dramatically, especially If you are charging $6+ coffees.

They’re supposed to be open in doors until 8pm today and there’s no sign outside the door indicating that they’re not. There’s a fat guy sitting on his laptop reading emails and both doors are locked while the drive through is open at 4pm. One of the baristas saw me and signaled I needed to use my car. That’s unacceptable.
