Incredibly slow at making their drinks. The baristas will be chatting around right in front of you rather than doing their job. Also, I haven’t even taken a sip of my drink yet and this is how much was in my VENTI latte. I’m paying $6.95 for this?! Incredibly disappointed.

Online it says open till 11pm, I'm here at 9:54pm and they have blocked off the drive through and the doors to the cafe itself. Update your hours or get less lazy staff.

Every time I visit this location, no matter what I order, they never get it right—it’s almost a guarantee. Occasionally, I have no choice (especially when the Starbucks at the collection runs out of oatmilk), so I end up here, and it never fails. Today, I ordered a matcha with only 2 scoops of powder, but I didn’t get that. They definitely added at least 4 scoops. You can tell by both the color and the taste—it was so sweet that I almost spit it out. I always use mobile ordering and stick to the same order, and every other location gets it right—except this one, and it's not just this order, it happens with other drink orders as well. I had to leave a review today because I’m really fed up with this.
