I understand that customers can be annoying. But I walked in therr and immediately was welcomed in with a bad face and attitude. The lady ignored me and took someone else’s order first. I understand work can be frustrating but no one can force anyone to work somewhere where they DONT WANT TO WORK. The lady became angry because two customers came in at the same time and well she had to work 🤔.
I’m writing this review because every time I go to this location is always a bad experience. I gave this subway 1000 chances and keep tellling myself next time will be fine but it never is . Everyone of my coworkers or myself go to this location because it right across the street from where we work. This is not okay anymore. It’s always a worker laughing at me (because I’m on my lunch’s which is only 30 min), making my order wrong ( on purpose because I came in the buy food) , over charging me or ignoring me. It’s not okay !

I came in to buy a cup of chicken noodles soup for my son since he is very picky eater and the young lady that help me was wonderful. When she poured the soup I asked her if it had enough noodles and she kindly stated "yes" the reason why is in a previous time they had giving me broth and very little noodles. When I went to pay "Laura" the supervisor stops her and she grabs the cup of soup and opens it ( she had no gloves by the way). The young employee as she handed the cup to her looked terrified, as if she had done something wrong. Laura stated that the young lady had giving me to many noodles, and she had to make sure that she was training her correctly (the cup wasn't even completely filled). I was fearious to think that a this lady being a supervisor was counting every noodles from a small cup in the middle the transaction. She gave me a bunch of bull crap, stating that it wouldn't be fare for the next customers, well Laura, make another pot of soup!! and stop hidding on the coner by the register eating your food and then opening served cups." I've been to other subways and the employees go out of there way to make me feel at home, this was a terrible experience, coming hear it not only upset me but as well the young employee. Laura is rude, unprofessional and disgusting person to have as a leader. Never again will I buy something from there, specially if they have someone there that is hounding every peace of noodle that goes into a cup. Terrible employee, subway you have one bad apple in your group.

If I could give no stars I would because I just threw away almost $15 on the worse sandwich. I was on my 30 min lunch. I ordered a Footlong veggie sandwich. When I went to eat it, it was basically bread, hardly any veggies in it. I added Avocado for $2.50. The Avocado was brown and gross looking. I was so angry when I went to eat it, that I threw it away. I went back with pictures of my food and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund because I didn't have the sandwich. The staff had attitude and manger was even worse.

Order was made using their app. Everything was made correctly, the store was clean and the person that gave me my order was very nice. And you're not going to believe this but they actually had napkins in my bag when I picked it up. I had a real good experience.
Vegetarian options: It's Subway..... you can go vegetarian as you wish.
Parking: Curbside parking and two handicap spots right in front of the store.

Stopped by the Shopping center to go to a few stores. I planned on getting a sandwich from subway but I needed to use the restroom first... Their manager hustles a restroom fee. So I told the cashier OK I guess I'll buy a soda to go pee. Glad she felt awkward.
Very bad at answering the phone!. I work at home depot and Subway is the only place open when I take my lunch!. I always call in my order!. It happened twice to me when I call and the answer without saying anything and click!. First time I called 10 times nd they would answer the phone and click!. When I went to Subway I asked the worker if there phone was working she said yes but she couldn't answer the phone because she was busy!. Really what kind of customer service is that!. It happened today again!. I guess I won't be going to that Subway anymore!.

Love subway. You just to be patience when theres a long line ahead. I just dont like when they give 3 napkins when i ordered 2 sandwhiches. Its just not enough. Hope management can give some attention to this issue.
