Nice people but the food is pretty mediocre. Last two times my sandwich was pretty rough. Bread was super dry, tasted like it was a couple days old. The Chipotle sauce tasted off as well. I'm sure it was just bad luck because I have had plenty of good sandwiches here but after two bad experiences in a row I won't be coming back for a while.

It was a busy Friday night (8/28) with one employee and another that appeared to be a trainee. The employee was very friendly and kept calm despite the amount of orders he had ahead of him. Once it was our turn, he was very apologetic about the wait, which we didn't mind at all. He was courteous and held a short conversation throughout our ordering process. I didn't catch his name but I hope he is recognized for his great customer service, his genuine personality really...
