My husband told the person what to put on my sandwich, it was missing several veggies and the ones they put on it was as very little. This is the worst subway in Oxnard do not go here the worst sandwich I have ever had. Forgot the cheese, tomatoes,onions and spinach/lettuce was very little I was pissed. Very little meat was in the sandwich. My husband thinks the girl didn't understand English, that's bull.

Upon entering the store you can see the clean area, the music, then a compliment when the first person comes out the official greeting "very good morning" how can I help you... the patience in which I transform my sandwich and at the same time Time to pay for excellent costumer service no matter how many people want to speak badly about the place, nothing like this one located at 2847 vineyard ave. I recommend it

Ordered subway for pick up and my sándwich was missing pretty much all the veggies and tasted nasty never again horrible service !!! Plus I went in person to ask if she can re make my sándwich and didn’t want to re-make . She just wanted to give me the stuff that was missing.

One of the worst subways I have ever visited. Their toaster was broken, employees refuse to put garnishes on, and they try not to honor their own subway coupons. Never going back?

Always order online through their app for pickup to avoid any delays, do not select curbside, nobody answer the phone. Service has been inconsistent, sometimes they put the order on online pickup shelf sometimes they keep it hostage behind the counter.One time they kept my husband waiting for 15mins even though he's placed online order. He arrived and they haven't even started on his order yet.And occasionally they have the order ready when we go to pickup. It's really a hit or miss, depending on who's on duty.Pastrami is back and man it's good, this is the only reason I go back!
This place is not worth coming. workers are really mean, this girl "Alicia" is one of the worst, when you ask her for something always answers in a really bad attitude. Last time I came to this restaurant I asked her to wash her hands pls" because saw her cleaning something with a tissue in the food counter. She start yelling at me that I don't have to tell her what to do not even me... really? A customer? I was asking in a good way she was very rude and not profesional at all she even start cursing me in spanish definitely not recommend this place. If the owner see this please make something people like that should not be helping your customers...

Subway recently revamped their menu. As a promotion they offered a free turkey sandwich. I asked for mustard instead of Mayo. That started a tirade about how the sandwich is supposed to be exactly as offered. They made the change but not before giving me hell about it! I then found out that it was supposed to have cheese and avocado. My picture will show these missing items. The staff were rude and the owner said she didn't care. There is just to many sandwich shops for me to ever go back to this El Rio location or for that matter ANY Subway!
