This is how many times you need to call just to get a manager’s name … at first Gaby said she couldn’t give out his name and clicked than I repeated to call … I guess she remembered his name that it is “ Augustine “
I had to call this many times because she was clicking and when she would pick up the phone she would put what sounded like a bag to the phone so unprofessional she says her name is gaby and this started because I wanted the sandwich “flatbread” heated up. And I still couldn’t get the managers # or work email …?

This girl Giselle is so cool, she is so funny and so helpful in a way only I could describe in a movie like Good Burger (1997). She helped me thought my first ever subway very patiently and I love the things she recommended me . 10/10 would go again. Heavy on that pickle stuff . It’s bomb.

I used to buy food here often, but for the past couple of months, I've noticed that the quality of service has dropped significantly. Orders take a long time, the place is dirty, and I'm not even talking about app orders because they take ages. I hope it's temporary and the owners do something to improve.

Went in today and the very heavy set worker straight up ignored me and started helping the woman AFTER ME. I was standing there awkwardly getting ignored and left without buying anything. RUDE.

NI go to this place it’s the closest and honestly there have been some issues. I order a sandwich and I get to work and there’s a long black hair in it so I want a refund but I must call and figure it out. When I called prior to even getting my sandwich to see if it was open after Christmas and no answer. Sure enough there’s only 1 customer in store and still no answer? After I get to work and find the hair in my sandwiches 12 missed calls and still no answer. So I have to travel across towns to get a refund when it’s obvious they are refusing to answer the phone. And check this out I get a response from subway saying “I’m sorry for your experience but he will not issue a refund”. So if you want old lady hair in your food come here.

I'm giving this Subway 5 stars because of the employee that helped us, This nice young lady was very patient got all of our order correct and did a wonderful job, I have 5 kids I ordered 2 meatball sandwiches cut into 6 pieces, Each kid picked out their toppings, After of course changing their mind 6 different times on the combination of olives to pickles,, As kids do. She was very patient got everything correct and did it all with a smile it was a pleasant experience and I'm glad that she was there to help us.

This guy did NOT look like he wanted to be there lol. Highkey wished someone else had made my sandwich. Idk why my sandwich was so flat like if they were skimping out on toppings. Literally, skinniest subway ever. I could barely hear the dude too ?
