I was lucky enough to have been helped by Alejanrina. She’s was very quick making my sandwiches after been waiting for about 5 minutes for the other two girls to make one order. Alejandrina shouldn’t be doing the cleaning as she is more efficient than the other two girls together. I also didn’t like that the manager didn’t take charge in the speed and efficiency of making one single order, instead she had everyone else waiting.

Not reviewing food. The food was amazing! However, I’m reviewing the customer service from employee’s. Particularly, Daisy who completely abandoned her post helping prepare food with Desrie (other employee) and decided to take her break (prepare her food) instead finishing my order and other orders from customers. Daisy today showed unethical cooperation with her Co-worker. Never have a I seen anyone like Desrie (employee with glasses and light brown skin) working as much as she could to get orders done while serving with a smile. She ended up finishing my order and I encouraged her as much as I could given that there were 5-8 other people waiting in line. Truly Desrie has shown remarkable leadership and resilience in the fast food industry. If I could I’d rate her 5 stars.

Trashiest subway in all of Oxnard. You open up your sub and all stuff is falling out. The service is also trash I asked for a broccoli and cheese soup was then told there wasn’t any I said how long it would be to make a new one and girl said we are not making any till our next shift.. what does that even mean???? It had been like over year I had gone to this location I just got a reminder why. Next time I will make the drive to the one on the Rose shopping center or even on Ventura rd but this one will never have money again.
There’s plenty of subways in Oxnard but I believe this out outshines the rest. Staff was very caring with my simple sandwich needs. I think the girl behind the counter was rennae, y’all have gotta hire more people like her, very attentive employee.

Came in today with hopes of a better customer service. To my surprise the two employees in the front had AirPods on, what kind of management is this? Not to mentioned that they once again ran out of Italian bread. How does a 24-hour restaurant run out of bread? If I could give a -10 star review I would.
