Im not sure what the girls name who was working yesterday 10/21 around 8:30pm but let me start off by saying this started over a cold sandwich. I place an order thru the app like I have a billion times it’s the flatbread turkey sandwich in the notes I add “ PLEASE TOASTED THANK YOU “ when I picked it up I noticed it was cold I asked the girl if she had toasted it she said um no she’s like its extra money you can’t just get a sandwich without paying for it toasted I said okay that’s fine charge me then she says well now I gotta make it over again and she literally throws the sandwich so aggressively and her coworker chimes in and asks why she’s throwing it away and she says in a child’s voice because “it’s not toasted” at that point I start recording because I already offered to repay and the attitude on her is ridiculous we are having a yelling match inside this establishment for about 10 minutes I do have a video I am trying to send to the owner manager of this store because this is so crazy it’s not the first time this girl has acted this way and I actually remembered to record this time not okay please customer service is a -0 here.

I ate a rotisserie chicken sandwich from Subway on Thursday night. I go to Subway all the time. This time around the chicken was a different texture and taste. It seemed to have gone bad. I experienced food poisoning immediately after eating the sandwich. I know for sure the chicken was either not cooked enough, or was left out for to long. The cookies were slightly undercooked as well. I ended up throwing away the other sandwich that I bought due to the fear of potentially getting even worse food poisoning. I am requesting that subway lookin to this situation further and to see whether or not the rotisserie chicken that was served to me on Thursday night was left out for too long or not cooked correctly. I would appreciate some sort of explanation along with compensation in the form of subway gift card or my order refunded.

I ordered my sandwich and she grabbed whatever bread she grabbed first even though I specified the type I wanted. Simple mistake. I also said that I wanted a combo and grabbed a bag of chips that I put at the register and proceeded to tell her the toppings on the sandwich I ordered. I also didn't want to waste the 1st wrong sandwich so I told her I would get it. Then she wrang me up, I paid. She didn't give me my cup for the combo. So I asked for it. In which she tells me that ice isn't working and that I can get a bottle of soda. Something you should be told (that she obviously knew) in the begining when I first said I was getting a combo or told while she was ringing me up for the combo. I grab one and go to put it in my bag when she tells me it's going to be $3 and some change!! Never going back to that location again. All I wanted was a quick lunch and she made it complicated

I ordered online my order was not ready it was 10 minutes late. When I walked in to ask for my order the lady who appeared to be the manager didn’t greet me or smile and she made a face that I was bothering her. I asked to use the restroom and the same person told the other girls to lie to me and tell me they were out of service. She didn’t think I spoke Spanish. Very rude I will never go back again.

I bought a full sandwich and another half and they bought me as if it were 2 full ones and a lady who works there was very rude when we told her that she charged us for 2 and they don't want to refund my money. Terrible service
Alondra made my quick lunch visit super pleasant!! Made my online order exactly how I Love my meatball sandwich!!! But what really impressed me was I noticed her putting on fresh pair of gloves as she greeted her next customer !! And this is how I know mine was done with the upmost sanitary fashion as witnessed!! Thank you subway for having such phenomenal employees !!

Not friendly. I kindly asked if i could charge my phone here. Got told “No we don’t allow people charging phones”. I said “even if i buy something though? I was gonna buy a sandwich.” And got told “you can charge it for 5 minutes”. I felt like i was in jail and told i get a five minute phone call lmao. And no public restrooms? That’s weird. If people are buying something from the store, they should be able to use the bathroom or an outlet. Food-wise, i asked for avocado and got 2 pathetic slices on my FOOTLONG lol

This was an awesome Subway; Manny & Angel are Awesome! They handled 8 guests and what looked like 4 online orders in the span of 15min and made some killer sandwiches, all while keeping cool and providing excellent service. My inner manager is impressed, keep up the great work guys!
