I was entering to eat after a day of shopping and simply needed to use the restroom before i order my sister is pregnant and needed to use the restroom before we order i asked to use it and i was literally yelled at by what looked like the assistant manger he was a mexican guy with a mustache i was baffled and said i am going to order and he just says ok loudly and i was going to still order but why would i for a reason i always go to the on on ventura rd

Taco bell is one of my fav foods. First time coming to this location and since I ordered thru drive thru the cashier was not the nicest! She got my ordered wrong, and went I to complain she gave me attitude and the cook was slamming the food and talking in Spanish giving attitude and verbally abusing me over a wrong order. I will never come back here!!!! Managers please be careful who you hire this staff are the nastiest and ugliest inside and out. If you hate your job then find another job that fits your personality bc obviously these ladies are NOT meant to work here I will make sure you contact their main office regarding this situation. No customer should be treated like this or verbally abuse over some burritos.

This Taco Bell is hands-down my favorite! It consistently delivers a fantastic experience, making it my top choice for a quick and delicious meal. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome, which isn't something you find everywhere. Parking is super easy too, so you're never circling the lot. The worst place to eat, no customer service. The workers are self-consumed in making bad food not friendly. This place has to register but employees refuse to use them making customer service themselves with the order. They should close all these fast food places down. Stop paying people who cannot use their brains. Working walked dogging out customers.
I am writing regarding the poor quality of food I recently received from your location.
The crunchy tacos in my latest order were extremely dry and hard, making them difficult to eat. The shells seemed overcooked and stale. On top of that, the portion sizes were very small – the tacos barely had any meat or cheese inside, which made the experience feel disappointing and not worth the cost.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues. In a previous order, I received beef that was very dry and had a bad smell, which made it completely inedible. It’s frustrating to experience these quality issues more than once, especially from a brand I used to enjoy and trust.
I’ve attached a photo of the tacos from my most recent order for your reference.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take steps to address the situation with the store in question about these poor-quality it

I ordered two cheesy double beef burritos happy to go home and enjoy them peacefully, I got home and realized they gave me the rice and bean burrito very mad about my experience with this store, wish they could’ve double checked my order to make sure the right things were placed in my bag, and they costed less than what I payed for originally.
