I ordered two cheesy double beef burritos happy to go home and enjoy them peacefully, I got home and realized they gave me the rice and bean burrito very mad about my experience with this store, wish they could’ve double checked my order to make sure the right things were placed in my bag, and they costed less than what I payed for originally.

Sad excuse for a Taco Bell. I ordered 2 items from the kiosk, waited for 10min., nothing came and when I asked the manager about my order and show the manager my receipt and charge in my credit card app, he says “we don’t have it in our kiosk - can’t make it - you can get a refund when the bank opens” rather than make an order I have proof of purchase or offer any other solution. TACO BELL - You need better staff. Miserable people managing is a horrible choice.

Horrible service here of Oxnard Blvd Taco Bell I order Nacho Bell grande and they gave me a little portion of chips they forgot my green onions I was so hungry thinking I was getting more of it what’s going on with them scandalous very very bad service I’m not going there again Ventura has good service at their location they pack it up with much more very disappointed ☹️ ?

This place steals I gave her 100 dollar bill an she gave me 60 back counted 100 in 20s in front of me an took 40 out an she didn't want to give it back so I guess tipping is mandatory then she arguing to give her the receipt back Don't go to this place Right aways she's was like I'll call the cops aye man I just wanted to get some lunch an chill why y'all doing too much
This is the worst Taco Bell location in the area. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Everytime I go here my food is made wrong and isn't hot. The woman that takes the orders in the drive thru is rude. After trying to get her attention she puts a finger up at me and tells me to wait. When she finally decided to give me a minute of her time, in the drive thru, she told me I needed to order on the app and the food I was asking about isn't available to be ordered through the drive thru, only through the app. I won't be going to this location anymore and wouldn't recommend it to anyone - you might as well drive to the one on Ventura Rd or Johnson Dr.
