I ate there a while ago. I think I had the carnitas plate It was delicious and the owner was real cool.

Standard Mexican food. I might have been expecting more. I had the carne asada fries. It taste good but doesn't have that fast food feel that makes you feel fat afterwards. I wish there was more guacamole and meat. The carne asada tastes pretty flavorful. The pozole was good but it wasn't what I'm used to. The soup felt like it needed more time for the flavor to become more bold and mesh together.

While the food was reasonably good, nobody understood English. We had a creepy vibe as we exited the restaurant in the dark, because every single other business in the plaza, except the liquor store, was closed early. Cannot recommend and will not go back.

The food is not what I expected, they say order comes with rice and beans and tortillas but I got nothing of these things. Check out your order before leaving the place to make sure you get everything you suppos to.

First off, pretty sketchy location but that's life. The menu while vast seriously needs a professional tweaking. I suppose if you're a local, you'd just know what the items are. Food seemed to take an exceedingly long time. Long enough for her Birria soup (not what she thought she ordered) to be hot but my chicken enchiladas to be cold. Her tortillas were mushy and just fell apart in your hand. Young lady at the counter was great. If they were closer I'd probably try them again but I won't. The asada "porky" taco was great as was the salsa. I suppose I was just supposed to know that the "porky" taco just meant big....

Nothing fancy or crazy about the spot, nice server, but lemme tell you best carnitas in Ventura County. Juicy and just the right amount of salty. Tried the hot porky, and a regular carnitas taco, the handmade tortillas really seal the deal here. Coming back for carnitas here always

Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I had excellent chilaquiles with 2 kinds of cheese. There were lots of worker types eating in here and most seemed to be eating giant bowls of Mexican soups. I need to go a couple more times to try the soup and of course the tacos!

Good quality food for a good price! The food was amazing. I asked for a vegetable burrito and the vegetables were nice and seasoned. My boys had a mini quesadilla and they let me order it with a side of rice and beans. My husband got a wet chicken burrito and it was huge! I recommend coming to eat here if you want good quality Mexican food.

Best quality Mexican food I've had and I've had a few different spots. The meat is tender crispy and hot even when deilvered.

A Really great option for authentic Mexican food! Everything is really genuine and the people and staff are lovely, it's the perfect spot for a fun evening, especially if you've had way too many drinks.
