I placed an order through door dash and I ordered 3 super burritos and when I got the order, 2 of them had the correct meat but we're soupy and it was barely any meat on them. And the third burrito was a chili relleno when I ordered a cabeza burrito. When I called to get the order corrected the girl that answered the phone argued with me relentlessly that I was wrong, acknowledging that they were wrong too, but that I also was wrong and that I never ordered the cabeza but ordered a chili Verde burrito. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I GUESS THE CUSTOMER CAN NEVER BE RIGHT THERE.

GO THERE PLACE YOUR ORDER AS YOU WANT THEY WILL GIVE YOU WHAT THEY WANT. The whole opposite of what you ordered . NEVER AGAIN especial going during your 30 min lunch unable to go back and complain because by the time you’re off they will be cold and I’m sure that they won’t refund the money dry meat

Food is always great-no complaint there. But 3 out of 5 times, when you order a side of something-beans, rice, chips, you'll get charged but will not receive the actual food. Since the food is packed at the restaurant and then stapled closed, the mistake is with the restaurant. So if you want great food, order here but be prepared to be missing an item or 2.
