Food is always great-no complaint there. But 3 out of 5 times, when you order a side of something-beans, rice, chips, you'll get charged but will not receive the actual food. Since the food is packed at the restaurant and then stapled closed, the mistake is with the restaurant. So if you want great food, order here but be prepared to be missing an item or 2.
I placed an order on DoorDash and my drink was left behind. The manager, Marisol Ferreira, called and offered to have my drink delivered free of charge rather than having to handle it through DoorDash. Not only did I receive my drink, but they provided an additional drink and a dessert.Amazing food, drinks, and customer service. Thank you, Marisol!
My preference is to the location in Woodland Hills. I think they cook the Al Pastor better than the other locations I have been to, but you can't go wrong with their Super Burrito. OMG is it good!!!
