I'm still recovering from the horrible experience I had at this taco stand. What should have been a quick and enjoyable meal turned into an absolute disaster thanks to the incompetence and rudeness of the staff. I ordered a plain burrito with no sauce, and what I received was a complete insult to both my taste buds and my time. The tortilla was burnt, with blackish patches that made it almost impossible to eat, and the filling was dry and flavorless.

When I returned to the truck to politely explain the problem and request a refund or replacement, the employee's response was nothing short of infuriating. Not only did he flatly refuse, saying, "We don't do that," but he also had the nerve to lie directly to my face. He claimed they didn't put hot sauce on the burrito, but I could clearly see it was smeared on the inside. It was like he thought I was blind or stupid. The blatant dishonesty was shocking and only added to the frustration of an already terrible experience.

But the lack of respect didn't end there. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix things, she had the nerve to ask me to throw away the burnt, sauce-filled burrito for her because she was "too tired" to get out of the truck and take care of it herself. Let me repeat that: a customer, who had just been served a ruined meal, lied to, and denied any form of compensation, was expected to clean up the evidence of his mistake. The utter lack of professionalism and basic human decency was astonishing.

The behavior of both employees was appalling. They were dismissive, rude and completely uninterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. I remained calm and polite throughout the entire interaction, so there was no justification for his attitude. It is clear that they are poorly trained, deeply unhappy in their roles, or both.

This taco stand is an absolute disgrace. The food is mediocre, the service is atrocious and the staff's complete disregard for customer satisfaction is astonishing. From the burnt burrito to the lies about the sauce to the disrespectful behavior, every aspect of this experience was a failure. I will never return, and I highly recommend anyone considering eating here to think twice. There are countless places where you can enjoy a meal without being treated with such disrespect. Avoid this place at all costs: your time, money and dignity deserve better.

was just there for Tacos de chorizo and they Gave us chunks of chorizo .I have never experience this before it was disgusted just by looking at it.

Usually when I come here the food, the service, & the atmosphere are good but lately the girls/ladies that work there have a terrible attitude. Their service is terrible they don't acknowledge you when your ordering or anything. Today I got the Birria Ramen and the Birria tasted like it was pre heated it wasn't good at all. I asked for the Ramen's condiments to be included and they disregarded anything I said. They argued I wouldn't like it I asked for the onion and cilantro to be included and they said you can add it yourself.

Asked for La Bonita Fries DE Carne Asada with many other things and got the regular with mixed meats, we don't eat swine based on our faith and the gal taking orders wouldn't make our order right and said we had to order another one, we even asked for a mulita de carne asada (didn't get one) spent $45 just in food no drinks. The gal taking orders doesn't seem to get orders right based on other reviews and we were another customer experiencing the bad service. Prices on the menu is not what is being charged.Also the TexMex Taco is $4 each, the taco is not regular sized knot sure if the other taco offerings are same size) it's more of a mini taco for kids hands ? there's other places for cheaper and better flavor tacos that is not a mini taco sized ??‍♀️They now only take Zelle or cash and we weren't given a receipt. This taco truck is not transparent and operates with no customer service in mind or respect.There were no other customers when we ordered or when they made our food. We won't be coming back, trash service can make even decent food not worth coming back to. Pricing is at the higher end.Avoid if you can, based on the other reviews it seems to be a toss up of when they get their service and orders correct!

Handmade tortillas and very delicious meat, ? I had a doubt for a long time, ? about: because the name: Tacos la Bonita, and when I went I saw that all the staff were women and all very pretty, ?then I understood why:
However, the staff changes, and now every time I go,,,, I go and try to figure out why, ?because, Tacos la Bonita, I see the staff ? and I come back more confused? just kidding
I recommend it ?

Very bad service they give you the wrong order and they give you vegetables as if you just ordered a taco before it was a very good service but haorita no longer
