I love my double shot Caramel Campana. They make it the best out of any coffee shop I've ever gotten one at. That and my other go-to is a dirty chai tea latte with an extra shot of espresso, oat milk. No foam add whipped cream. ?

Service was a bit slow but cold brew was up to par. Wasn't able to visit the marina but view approaching the store was pleasant.

I used to love this CBTL. The new employees or change of mangers has just really brought this place down! Every person that is working there is rude. I’m not sure if it’s the working environment behind the scenes but it really shows. Like some of the reviews said before, they don’t acknowledge you at all. I feel as almost a burden trying to just get my coffee for the day. There is or used to be a promotion that if you purchased loose leaf tea or any tea products you’d be eligible for a free small iced tea. This location tried to tell me that there’s no such promotion and never was one. Then said it was a “mistake”. I’m not sure what’s going on lately but if Kyle’s still the Regional Manager he needs to really look into these reviews and his staff. Avoid this location if you can because it’s not worth it.

I love coming here, doesn’t matter who’s taking my order that person is always nice. It can get a little busy inside of here but not to the point where it feels over crowded. You get consistency here and there’s plenty of seating inside and out!! ?

Unfortunately service has gone way down. The new employees have not been trained on how to make the drinks. Multiple times this month alone I've bought a Chai Latte the description is"A delicious blend of freshly brewed Chai Tea, steamed non-fat milk and our French Deluxe™ vanilla powder. Our special Chai recipe is blended by hand using only the finest Darjeeling black tea from India, cinnamon cloves, cardamom, and other spices."And multiple times my drink has been made without the French Deluxe Vanilla Powder. I've also bought a pure Ice blended drink and twice this month it had coffee in it. (This is a "kid friendly" drink.)This location is near my house and I've been going here since this location first opened but sadly I'm now going to the Rose or Ventura locations because it's rare when my drink is made correctly and I order it as it's on the menu. I've never had my drink made incorrectly before, and I've been going to Coffee Bean for decades now.Mistakes happen, but I'm in there multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times a day and for only 3 drinks this month to be made correctly is pretty low out of the 19 I've bought. We're not even talking about the incorrectly made drinks during January or December.Please properly train your employees on how to make the drinks.

I love coffee bean and prefer it over starbucks however the evening/night crew at this location needs to properly learn how to make drinks. I have had to have them remake my drink several times. Not sure if they don't know how to or they're too busy on their cellphones to make it correctly. I've now started going to a different location to avoid the inconvenience of having to come back to have the drink remade.

Customer service is not great. I get that I forgot to ask for oatmilk but they made us go back in line to charge us $.85. They also left my toasted bagel to get cold on the counter. Both my husband and I did not hear them call it out. But even if they did, they could’ve called it out at least one more time. Will be going back to Starbucks.
Don’t bother making a mobile order. There were two employees - one taking orders, and one making them. The one making them was ONLY making the orders that were placed in the restaurant, so everyone waiting for a mobile order were just standing around.I asked about my order twice, and waited a total of around 40 minutes, and still left empty handed since I didn’t want to keep bothering the workers.This isn’t the workers fault, this is corporate’s or whoever was managing the restaurant. If you know a coupon will bring in a lot more traffic than usual, have an extra person work that day. I don’t know exactly what messed up with my drink, but for me to spend 40 minutes and still leave empty handed is crazy. I won’t be coming back.
