First trip to Coffee Bean and the drinks were excellent, plus, they know what I mean when I say “light ice”. Definitely my go-to for coffee from now on. Sorry, Starbucks.

I will not be returning to this coffee shop anymore. My drink was sitting on the counter with no name on it and my name wasn’t even called out. I waited for so long. I asked if my drink was ready and was told “We’re working on it”. After a long while, again I asked for my drink and she grabbed it from the counter and said it’s this one. I said it had been sitting there for a long time and when I asked the first time I was informed that “they were working on it.” It was a horrible drink. I regret going here.

I came this morning early at 8, my order number is 37030212511467452. I made a mobile order for pick up for two drinks, a burrito and a croissant. The barista who made my drinks called out my name, so I went to go grab them. I didn’t realize the drinks being at the edge of the counter meant I couldn’t grab them, but the girl who heated up my burrito gave me attitude and told me not to grab drinks from “behind” the counter in a combative tone, and said they were there for a reason, but I don’t know that as a customer. If my order wasn’t ready to be grabbed, then my name shouldn’t have been called out in the first place, and I shouldn’t have been scorned for it either. I would have been fine grabbing my drinks and waiting for my food to heat up. I’m not sure what her name was, but she was brunette with a tanned complexion.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I ORDERED A HOT TEA is Jasmine Dragon TEA THIS MORNING AROUND 10AM at Coffee Bean in Tradewind Harbor Oxnard AND I I always order my hot tea every day before I go to work at Coffee Bean in Rose Oxnard I don't have any problem for a hot water refill for my tea. I ASK TO THE STAFF FOR A REFILL HOT WATER FOR MY TEA. AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO INLINE & THERE WAS A LONG LINE for there's a long line for CUSTOMERS. AND THEN I ASK THE CASHIER STAFF FOR A REFILL HOT WATER FOR MY TEA. AND SHE SAID IT COST $1.00 DOLLAR FOR A REFILL HOT WATER FOR MY TEA. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED & I AM NO T HAPPY!! BECAUSE THEY CHARGE $1.00 FOR A HOT WATER REFILL FOR MY TEA!! JUST FOR HOT WATER!! THIS IS THE COFFEE BEAN AT TRADEWIND OXNARD HARBOR IIS CHARGING!! THAT'S SO CREAZY!! JUST FOR HOT WATER REFILL!!. I am not happy at all & they're making me to go inline just to get a refill hot water for my tea in Coffee Bean Tradewind Oxnard!!

The coffee was ok, not really very good dark roast, kinda weak, the worst part was the music, it sucked

Dropped in Sunday first time, great Moca busy place, great service Stopped in Monday 7am grab a cup for the road absolute terrible dismissive service myself an another customer waiting to order no one else in the place, the employee was focused on food packaging for to go order. After 10+ min I walked out went to Starbucks Not going back ever

Been an espresso drinker for 16+ years and this is by far the worst business I've come across. Both the Oxnard and Ventura locations

On Feb 27 at 6:10pm, I ordered 4 drinks ahead of time. 10 minutes later I went to pick them up. Waited an additional 5 minutes come to find out they have not started my drinks. I told the cash register worker who nervously started preparing my drinks. In total I waited 25 minutes. Oh and my drink mix was in the blender sitting for I don’t know how long. Very disappointed and very unprofessional on their part. If someone orders ahead of time please have their drinks ready and on time.!

I love my double shot Caramel Campana. They make it the best out of any coffee shop I've ever gotten one at. That and my other go-to is a dirty chai tea latte with an extra shot of espresso, oat milk. No foam add whipped cream. ?
