I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I ORDERED A HOT TEA is Jasmine Dragon TEA THIS MORNING AROUND 10AM at Coffee Bean in Tradewind Harbor Oxnard AND I I always order my hot tea every day before I go to work at Coffee Bean in Rose Oxnard I don't have any problem for a hot water refill for my tea. And this is the first time I ever encountered this problem. At Coffee Bean Tradewind Oxnard Harbor
I ASK TO THE STAFF FOR A REFILL HOT WATER FOR MY TEA. AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO INLINE & THERE WAS A LONG LINE for there's a long line for CUSTOMERS. AND THEN I ASK THE CASHIER STAFF FOR A REFILL HOT WATER FOR MY TEA. AND SHE SAID IT COST $1.00 DOLLAR FOR A REFILL HOT WATER FOR MY TEA. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED & I AM NO T HAPPY!! BECAUSE THEY CHARGE $1.00 FOR A HOT WATER REFILL FOR MY TEA!! JUST FOR HOT WATER!! THIS IS THE COFFEE BEAN AT TRADEWIND OXNARD HARBOR IIS CHARGING!! THAT'S SO CREAZY!! JUST FOR HOT WATER REFILL!!. I am not happy at all & they're making me to go inline just to get a refill hot water for my tea in Coffee Bean Tradewind Oxnard!!

The coffee was ok, not really very good dark roast, kinda weak, the worst part was the music, it sucked

Dropped in Sunday first time, great Moca busy place, great service Stopped in Monday 7am grab a cup for the road absolute terrible dismissive service myself an another customer waiting to order no one else in the place, the employee was focused on food packaging for to go order. After 10+ min I walked out went to Starbucks Not going back ever

Been an espresso drinker for 16+ years and this is by far the worst business I've come across. Both the Oxnard and Ventura locations

On Feb 27 at 6:10pm, I ordered 4 drinks ahead of time. 10 minutes later I went to pick them up. Waited an additional 5 minutes come to find out they have not started my drinks. I told the cash register worker who nervously started preparing my drinks. In total I waited 25 minutes. Oh and my drink mix was in the blender sitting for I don’t know how long. Very disappointed and very unprofessional on their part. If someone orders ahead of time please have their drinks ready and on time.!

I love my double shot Caramel Campana. They make it the best out of any coffee shop I've ever gotten one at. That and my other go-to is a dirty chai tea latte with an extra shot of espresso, oat milk. No foam add whipped cream. ?

Service was a bit slow but cold brew was up to par. Wasn't able to visit the marina but view approaching the store was pleasant.

I used to love this CBTL. The new employees or change of mangers has just really brought this place down! Every person that is working there is rude. I’m not sure if it’s the working environment behind the scenes but it really shows. Like some of the reviews said before, they don’t acknowledge you at all. I feel as almost a burden trying to just get my coffee for the day. There is or used to be a promotion that if you purchased loose leaf tea or any tea products you’d be eligible for a free small iced tea. This location tried to tell me that there’s no such promotion and never was one. Then said it was a “mistake”. I’m not sure what’s going on lately but if Kyle’s still the Regional Manager he needs to really look into these reviews and his staff. Avoid this location if you can because it’s not worth it.

I love coming here, doesn’t matter who’s taking my order that person is always nice. It can get a little busy inside of here but not to the point where it feels over crowded. You get consistency here and there’s plenty of seating inside and out!! ?
