Habit, Burger and grill was a unique place for my wife and I to stop at. We are over the road truck drivers waiting to pick up a load and we were craving a burger. We thought about going to In-N-Out but we also know that is traditional fast food.
We decided to go to habit Burger due to good reviews on their food. The food that we received was fresh and moderately hot. It really wasn't much difference compared to your other Burger chains except for the fact of the avocado fries. Now those were something special.
The service was lackluster for someone who just takes your order and then throws your food on the counter and calls your name. The restaurant itself was moderately clean with limited noise. The restaurant was set in a strange area. Near office buildings and next to a noodle place.
The only complaint we have is the bathroom was absolutely disgusting in the restroom. My wife went in there and was absolutely appalled by the mess that was on the floor and elsewhere in the bathroom.
Habit Burger that's one thing that you need to address and keep up with because that's a huge turn off to a customer. It makes you wonder what your kitchen looks like.

The food & service is always great at this location but unfortunately today I received my order incorrectly. I ordered a double char burger meal with no mayo & no pickles and paid extra for bacon & avocado (keep in mind it is pretty pricey for the add ons) when I received my order I only received the burger with a single patty with pickles & a large amount of mayo, with no pickles or avocado, it seemed like they didnât read my order and just made it to their liking, I mentioned it to their team and they said they would fix it unfortunately it took about another 15 minutes to receive it and my other food had already gotten cold and my shake was melted. I had also requested a bbq sauce when I first got my order and they said I can only have 1 sauce and I would have to pay extra if I wanted 1 more so I said never mind it was fine since there was already a line of customers, when they brought me my corrected burger she then proceeds to bring me a free bbq sauce for the inconvenience which I didnât need it anymore if my food had already gotten cold for waiting, I hope this doesnât happen next time.

Ordered two double chars with cheese for take-out. Was eating my burger at home and chewed on something that was not edible. Took out a piece of some sort of packaging paper from the inside of my burger that was blackened. At first I thought it was an onion but I know it was not food because two of its edges were perfectly cut to a corner. Imagine eating your burger happily then come to find such a thing in your food. It ruined my experience. Will not be returning to this establishment for a long while. I donât know what else might have been inside that thing. Bleh.

Nice fresh options are far superior to the typical fast food fare. The tempura green beans were delicious, crispy, and not too salty. The ahi tuna sandwich was perfectly medium and flavorful.

I ordered lunch for my team and the order was canceled when the dasher was there. I ordered through their website so I didnt have to deal with doordash. They didnt want to refund the money or take responsability why this was cancelled.

My first time trying them and will definitely come back. Just a bit more cleanliness on their tables would make this the best burger place, some tables had some soda spots and crumbles, nothing we couldnt fix easily with a napkin.
