The Biryni was delicious, spicy as I requested! My friend Korma qas also delicious. I was a little disappointed that the lamb was minced and formed on skewer for shish kabob, it was more like sausage not what I expected. Overall we enjoyed the meal.

Masala Twist is easily the best Indian food I've ever had. The service is wonderful... everyone is so kind, gracious, and generous. The food is absolutely top tier. Everything I've ever ordered has been incredible -- the chicken korma, butter chicken, and chicken tikka are my favorites. Their samosas are perfect and all their varieties of naan are so, so good. One of the best things on the menu is the strawberry lassi... it's so special, I have to have it every time I go. Whenever I have friends and family visit from out of town, I know Masala Twist is going to be one of the first places we go. Everyone I've brought to Masala Twist can't wait to go back (including me). Highly, highly recommend if you're in the area and craving amazing Indian food!

This place is always great either for to go or for the best best go inside and sit down. The atmosphere and customer service is spectacular let alone everything on their menu is so fresh and delicious! Our favorite ofcoure is the chicken korma, butter chicken, onion kutcha, etc and for dessert they have the best Kulfi pistachio ice cream and my hubby likes the mango malai! If you haven't been here yet it's a must try! So glad it's been a gem here in the heart of channel islands!

Having spent a substantial time of my life in North India I can tell you that the food here is as authentic as can be. The way the vegetables are cut, the mild-medium spice level, and the dishes in the menu are all from the north of India. The service is great with the server paying personal attention. We came for a simple dinner and ordered the vegan Tikka masala (soybean chaap), aloo baingan and tandoori roti. Everything was delicious and made to our taste. We understand that restaurants run in very tight margins. But the owners were so magnanimous that they served us some navratan korma, a side of rice and some kheer. Needless to say we more than compensated them for the cost of these dishes in tips, but the generosity took us by a pleasant surprise. If we are visiting the area, we are definitely coming back for more, especially for the creamy kheer.

I’ve tried food all over—from Europe to Asia—and The Masala Twist truly stands out. I had the rack of lamb, chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, spinach and cheese naan, and saffron rice (rice pellow). Every bite was bursting with flavor. The lamb was super tender, the curries were rich and perfectly spiced, and the naan was soft and cheesy in the best way.
The rice pellow tied everything together beautifully—fragrant, light, and full of that saffron goodness.
I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be this good. But wow. Easily a 5-star experience. I’ll be thinking about this meal for a long time.😍
As a south Asian, I can confidently say this Indian food is NOT good. I was so disappointed with the food, specially after seeing this place had high ratings. The puri is super thick (puri is supposed to be thin), the chicken tikka and rack of lamb had no flavor. If you’re looking for good Indian food, this place is not it

My family's been coming here since it opened when it had a buffet before the pandemic. And we still come here which shows how amazing the food is. My favorite is the Chicken Tikki Masala, but everything is good. The staff are great. The vegetarian options are also amazing. 10/10 you should come here.

We love this place. It’s the best Indian place in Ventura County. We’ve been to others and the flavors are the best here. They have the best flavored meat, and vegetarian and vegan options. It’s right by the beach and it cozy inside. Always super clean and friendly in this place. Highly recommend. They also have efficient take out, which we’ve done numerous times. It’s not even a question if we’re having Indian this week!
