I ordered the chicken tikka masala along with a garlic naan and a plain naan. While the chicken tikka masala tasted good, the portion sizes were extremely small for the naan. I have attached a photo of the two naans combined, which cost $7 on DoorDash. Given the small portions and high prices, I personally will not be ordering from this restaurant again as it is too expensive for me.

Was taken there by my wife to celebrate a work milestone. Service was efficient, excellent, engaging, and endless. The food was magnificent. The meat was succulent, the chicken was cooked to perfection. The rice was moist and every grain was separated to taste. The ambience candlelight like, but intimate. You must try this restaurant, if you haven’t to this point. It is oceanic covert treasure and I WILL return!

After two days of misses based on google ratings that were incorrect, we walked into this place after a long day hiking on Anacapa Island - the Punjabi dance videos combined with doodh-patti chai (heavy on milk) paired with the aloo tiki chaat were on point, the paneer tikka did not disappoint and the thoughtfully packed Aloo and Paneer parathas were brilliant the next day on Santa Cruz Island after our hikes! The guys were friendly and service was prompt! Side story - we had your potato (aloo) parathas at potato harbor overlook after a 3 mile hike along the cliffs … apropos!

Absolutely fantastic dining experience at THE MASALA TWIST! The food here is incredible, with every dish tasting like it was made at home with love. We tried the chicken tikka masala, shahi paneer, and chana masala, and each one was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The spices were well-balanced, and the portions were generous. If you’re looking for authentic, home-style Indian food, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

One of the best Indian joints I’ve been to, you can never go wrong with chicken korma or chicken biryani, everything they serve is incredibly flavorful with a wonderful staff to go along with it!!!
I don't usually leave negative reviews but the three items we ordered were all bland and tasteless. The packaging was strange (our chai cup came with a straw lid) and takeaway containers were flimsy and we did end up with food spilled. Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience. On the plus, service was totally fine!
