Fifth time here, first time was St Paddy Day, food was so good we brought extra home.Each time we come we try something new, always top notch.Chowder better than BrophysItalian better than PetriniAlexander seems to always be around checking on things.Worked with two bartenders over the visits, both providing generous pours and consistent service.Won’t mention Happy Hour, don’t want to ruin it….LOL

3.5 doesn't do this place well, the new owner and his recipes are quite fantastic. I had the braised short ribs , onion ring appetizer and a chopped wedge which was eaten by my son because he said it was "fire dog" I will be back

The service is really what makes this place stand out, although the food is good too. Love the location next to the water. You can arrive by boat, if you have one!
Excellent service and outstanding food. From the moment we were greeted at the door we had great service, walking in with no reservations on st Patricks day not sure what to expect, we had a good table inside. I can't say enough about the service our waitress was friendly and fast! I can't wait to go back!

We took our 10 year old grandson for his birthday and had brunch. We had eggs Benedict, French toast and the California omelette, glass of wine and a Shirley Temple. The food was amazing! They have a very good menu and the wine list was excellent. We felt like we were at a boutique restaurant, the food tasted like it was homemade and we were in our home kitchen being catered to! We definitely recommend Waterside for great food, beautiful view and an upscale atmosphere.

This place was so much better than the reviews make it sound. The owner personally was making sure we were being taken care of. The service was amazing! The food was amazing as well. A definite must try!
This place is beautiful and the service was excellent - the only gripe I had was my meal was lukewarm and my girlfriend's was hot - not sure why but not worth giving them a lower rating. The chef Alex Montoya came out and asked everyone how the food was - I felt that was a classy move. We will be going back for sure. Going to go to waters

My boyfriend and I came for Valentine's Day dinner and it was phenomenal. We started with lobster bisque soup and it was the best lobster bisque soup I've ever had. Even the bread was yummy! So soft and the herbs tasted great on it. The salad was fresh and delicious! My boyfriend got the steak entree and it was cooked to perfection. I had the lobster pasta and it was to die for! They also had a live band which played the best songs. They were very good!!! It was such a romantic ambiance for us. Our server was attentive and very sweet. Thank you Waterside!! Can't wait to come back. You made our Valentine's Day very special. FIVE STARS
Seems to be much improved since our last visit over a year ago. They have dressed up the restaurant and it has a more upscale feel to it. We were happy to see these changes and look forward to a return visit. One suggestion would be to have a better assignment of table numbers for the staff. We had other people's meals delivered to our table two times, and when our meals came out, the staff tried to deliver those to a different table until I intercepted them. How do you get that wrong 3 times? Not a huge point, but it makes you wonder. Overall, good food and good service for the money, and we will return.
We came for brunch. The service was excellent, the food was all right. It was too windy to put up the umbrellas outside and we didn't want to sit in the sun, but I would come back when we can sit on the patio to enjoy the music with drinks and apps.

Love this place. If it’s crowded, servers can be kind of overloaded, but nine times out of 10. It’s amazing service. Great menu, great bar, amazing location, and delicious food. Chicken sandwich on brioche is my favorite meal.

This restaurant did not honor our reservation. They had our name and time, but did not have a table held for us. They told us that we would have to wait for at least a half an hour to be seated. We left very disappointed. We will not be returning even though we live within walking distance.
