Today I saw an unpleasant experience, a customer was intimidating one of the cashiers, she was disrespecting her too much, the manager didn't even take serious action on the matter, I was there for about two hours and the Customer and a man continued to intimidate the cashier in In these cases the police should be called due to the attitude of these people in this world right now no one is trusted anymore I call the people in charge of this toppers pizza place located on Saviers rd in Oxnard I have videos of these two people who were intimidating the employee, please, these types of customers run out onto the street and... They report more attention to the police. Inexperienced handlers

I love toppers but they are pricey. The pizza's are delicious and I like the variety they offer, like the Hawaiian heat or the BBQ pizza. Lunch specials are more affordable and come with a salad. Overall it's yummy.Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza taste just like the regular pizzas here. Really good and satisfying.

Staff made my order incorrectly. When I asked them if they can remake it without the peppers I didn't want, they decided to take my pizza in the back and pick the peppers out with thier bare hands. I literally watched them doing this so I asked the employee of they can remake my pizza without peppers. She literally laughed at me and said something in Spanish to the other employees. They all kept laughing as they remade my pizza. Don't go to this location. The staff deserve to be reprimanded for thier treatment of a customer.

I have ordered from this location MULTIPLE times for years now. Today, I ordered and when the driver got to my house they wanted my debit card and ID. Why?? I paid online like I always do. The driver proceeded to tell me he can’t give me my food without showing my information. I told him to call his boss. His boss continues to tell me that’s the new policy because they get scams and if I don’t show my card information I can’t get my food. I have a DEBIT CARD, Not a Credit card. And if I paid online, I DO NOT need to show you my information. That’s why card numbers are blocked out because it’s PRIVACY!! I will never order from your location again!! Not my problem your location get scams.
