Started noticing the pizzas were smaller, until one time I noticed a slice that looked like it was from an entirely different sized pizza- the edges didn’t line up or anything. I can only assume the workers are eating portions of pizza and cutting smaller slices to make up the right amount of slices.

The Gonzalez location is the worst. Either you’re followed around by older ladies while making your salad, or you’re dealing with miserable employees. I’ve never had these issues at any other location. Hadn't been or picked up from this location for quite some time but made the mistake of going in and its always the same type of service.

High prices. I strongly advise you to prepare your own pizza at home, upper management appears to be indifferent and dismissive of your concerns. Even Cathy, the manager who handles complaints, has been known to ask personal questions about your family matters, which is clearly inappropriate and constitutes harassment.

Ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and there was more veggies then meat no bacon and I love bacon..salad was huge and enough dressing, cookie was good along with the ice cream. first time ordering frm this place ... will give another try but I think I'll order in instead of delivery

Dependable food that tastes good. When you order for pickup the line inside is not clear at the one located off Gonzales and oxnard. There is not a clear distinction from order line and the pickup line

I usually go to Toppers in Gonzales Rd. But the last two times the same lady was with a very bad attitude. She is so rude and her face is showing a really bad attitude about the customer service. I work in a restaurant too and I know that work with people is hard but this is not an excuse. I think that the customer service news to be a priority all the time. Also, I don’t know the name of this lady, but the cashier name in my receive is Dulce. Please, try to be more polite and nice. Thanks.
