Nice place to have a good time. I was there with my wife and everything was pleasant. Our server Heber took a good care of us. Nice portions and the fresh orange ? juice was so delicious.

Came here with my family and the service is unorganized. They didnt give us silverware or napkins until we asked, chicken was dry for the marinara pasta and they gave me Alfredo instead, chilaquiles were salty and dry, and too expensive for the poor quality. definitely do not recommend coming here

This experience was the worst I’ve had in a very long time. The server didn’t bring all our drinks before we started receiving our food. We asked for the drinks and napkins and the person who brought our food was extremely rude and gave me a dirty look: my husband went to ask for help; and saw the sever on her damn phone!! Her name was Maria M. She was awful, this was our first time there and we will NOT be back. They made us leave a 20% gratuity for being a party of 6, I hope you enjoy the money you don’t deserve.

The food is DELICIOUS! The portions are very generous. I can only get halfway through my ham & cheese omelette, I finish the rest for lunch ?

Brianna (sp?) came through for me big time. I had unfortunately capsized my boat yesterday near Ventura, and was looking for some way to contact my friends and loved ones. My phone had not been charging BEFORE the incident, so I wasn't thinking about trying to charge it again. Brianna did, however, and lo and behold, it began charging! After that, I was able to contact people and let them know that Chiva and I were safe.
I also had a wonderful Philly cheesesteak sandwich with onion rings. Very tasty.

The host working on July 27, 2024 approximately around 9:00am, named Danny, truly disappointed. I couldn’t even sit down before leaving the cafe. He was unable to sit me and my partner in a four-seater booth table because it was reserved for larger parties. Mind you, it was not busy and many tables were available. Even though I responded with such information, he said he couldn’t. Moreover, I kindly asked for that booth table since it provided back support for my back due to health concerns. He still said no. I told him I’d leave the cafe, and he graciously said, “okay, that’s fine” with a smile. This awfully embarrassing customer service. To lose a customer for a simple seating preference even though it was not busy? Unbelievable! I am a local resident who even recommends your establishment to my rental home guests. Service goes a long way. Danny truly let your customer service and overall image down.
