I should have read the reviews before coming here. I ordered 3 chicken sandwich combos on wingstop.com. 1 was supposed to be mild . They gave me mango habanero ..which I could not eat It..it's way too spicy. So they got that wrong. .when ordering the combos they have you pick out 3 sauces.... when I picked up my order, I asked him for 2 extra sauce which I paid $ 3 something for. When I got back to my hotel room... I noticed they did not pack the 3 sauces. All I had was the 2 i bought. It is really frustrating because im not from this city I am working a convention so I have had a really long day, I am staying at a hotel and when I get back my sandwich is wrong and im missing 3 sauces. I dont have the time nor energy to waste on going back to get my order fixed so im not bothering to call the restaurant since I will get no resolution. I really dont understand how hard it is to read an order and make and pack what that order consists of. Ridiculous. Do not eat here

Do not go here! they got my order wrong, I really should’ve checked but I ordered online “classic” mango habanero, this does not have bone like I asked. People who work in food need to be “detail oriented” so disappointed since I paid more than what I should’ve, the boneless wings were also overcooked. Never coming here again 👎🏻

What a filthy food today I went to buy original hot wings and everything was fine until I found hair on my parents' fries and to think that we ate potatoes with hair on them, they should check their food carefully to make sure it's okay ????
