Seems like my first review got deleted since their rating went up or because I didn't have any words on it. Staff was horrible. Waited for my food for almost an hour. When I went up to the counter to ask about staff rolled their eyes and said they called my name. I wasn't distracted or anything, I was waiting for my food. I heard the names of other customers that ordered before me get called first and never my name. Load of BS. I haven't went back and don't plan on it either.

Was disappointed in my chicken tenders today. You can tell the tenders were store bought this time. Different taste and everything. Very unprofessional. If you guys ran out why not just say you ran out instead of going to purchase from the grocery store and try to pull that off. I immediately knew when I got home and saw my order. Very disappointing, especially seeing my money go to waste.

Very dissatisfied with my order! To start off I was missing 1 wing in my order. Secondly my large fries definitely underserved. I ordered large seasoned fries and they didn’t have ANY seasoning. Secondly my other large fry with Cajun had way too much seasoning definitely was a bummer.

I had the pleasure of being helped by a cashier name Gilbert at your Wingstop restaurant who was incredibly nice and polite. From the moment I walked in, He greeted me with a warm smile, were patient while I ordered, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and pleasant. It’s always a breath of fresh air to come across people like this—kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Having someone like that at the front of a restaurant really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. It’s people like him who remind us how far a little kindness can go. The owner of this place was in when I went to pick up my order and he’s a rude individual who was openly harsh to his employees in front of customers all while doing absolutely nothing. Gave me such a bad impression that I would not go back. Great employees and great service.
The manager Nancy spoke to me like I was dumb I told another manager name Maria about her behavior and she didn’t seem to care at all for now on I’m ordering on the app so I don’t have to deal with Nancy and her attitude ever again

I've never written a review in my entire life, it takes a lot for me to wanna make one. That being said, wings are hit or miss, sometimes dry, sometimes cooked well. Fries are always a miss and are served mashed up and cut into pieces less than half an inch. They can't even get my order right 100% of the time. Sometimes they can even miss my order and I'll have to wait 40 minutes for my food. Besides the wings being inconsistent, and the fries being horrible, all the other menu items are pretty good.

watched the employee take the fry bowl to dump out the crumbs in the trash, hit the side of the bowl on the trash can then proceed to put fresh fries in it after it touched the trash. she also had no gloves on and went directly from pulling the trash can out and touching new food
