Have gone here for years and have never had a bad experience. Staff always friendly and the deserts and foods are always super delicious and unique to the area! I would recommend everybody tries this place when visiting Oxnard or if you’ve been a lifelong resident. I personally love the Coconut icecream & cafe de olla.

This review is for the pastries only. I’ve been to this place twice. The first time I bought different kinds of pastries and when I tried them they tasted old no flavor. I was very disappointed. Fast forward a few months, I thought I’d give it a second chance and bought different kinds of pastries again. And once again I got old tasting pastries. They tasted like they’ve been sitting in the case for days. I ended up going to Starbucks across the street for coffee and a pastry instead. I wanted to love this place but unfortunately I do think it’s overrated. If you’ve had quality pastries before you know these are far from it.

Every bite feels special. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and quick to serve, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere of the shop is cozy, clean, and relaxing, perfect for sitting down with friends or enjoying a quiet morning breakfast. It’s one of those places where you feel comfortable staying longer because the environment is so warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend Xielo to anyone who loves quality desserts, good coffee, and friendly service.

Been a customer since they first opened their doors. I can't say enough good things about the Love that you can definitely tell goes into the food and beverages created and served here. The customer service is always on point and it's rare to stop by and not have multiple customers either coming or going within the few minutes that you will be there.
