I was super disappointed from my visit. Everything looked delicious in the pictures, but I should’ve known something was amiss when I stood in line for 10 minutes while the staff walked past and past and past without so much as an acknowledgement my way. They were not friendly when taking or giving me my order as well. When I finally got my bagels, I was incredibly disappointed in the taste. My breakfast bagel had no flavor whatsoever. I was biting into egg and sausage but it wasn’t flavorful—it was oozing in grease. I also tried the tuna bagel and it tasted like it was literally just tuna and plain mayonnaise. I don’t know if they even use a hint of salt or spices. Overall, I would not recommend.
The sun shining into this eatery did not make the rudeness and lack of flavor worth it.

All previous orders have been pretty good Previously I’ve ordered 1) Lox Lover & Bagel Dog $28.00, 2) Original Veggie & Bagel Dog $22.25, 3) Breakfast Burrito w/ Chorizo{Added Spinach, Cheese, Sautéed Red Onions for additional charges } you get a choice of Salsa and the spicy is a green sauce that is Spicy 🌶️ 🥵$25.00, 4) Chicken Club & Bagel Dog $24.11. The Bagels I’ve had were Garlic and Sea Salt which were both fresh and definitely taste the garlic and the Sea Salt. My 5th order which was on 1-17-25 the Turkey Night Club {Roasted Turkey Breast,Bacon, Jack Cheese, Tomato 🍅, Avocado 🥑, & Lettuce 🥬} Condiments added were Mayo & Spicy Mustard. I also ordered the Bagel Dog which I’ve ordered three times previously. The Bagel Dog wasn’t that good, wasn’t even warm….it was definitely made earlier in the day and was just laying around till sold. 👎🏻 Turkey Night Club….where do I start? Bagel was good, but that’s it! Dry Dry Dry Dry like the Saharan Desert.🌵 🏜️ The flavor combo just didn’t have any pizzazz! Maybe it would’ve tasted better if it was a hot sandwich or if not add cream cheese and leave out the lettuce. This Bagel is one I won’t be re ordering $23.04

Placed order @: 7:03 a.m. Arrived @: 7:24 a.m. I unwrapped the Bagel Dog and it was warm. It’s a 💯 % beef hot dog 🌭 wrapped with plain bagel dough. Tastes good with yellow mustard which you need to request for when ordering. Protein Veggie on a Toasted Asiago Cheese Bagel was full of listed ingredients and tastes good.
Received a breakfast burrito with a large sharp melted piece of plastic. Person over the phone told me I’d need to come in and bring the plastic for them to inspect before refund.

My favorite go-to for years. As a kid and a teen we were always at the Bagel Bakery and I thought for sure when the Bagel Kitchen took over I would follow the Bagel Bakery.....until I went gluten free and found the Bagel bakery didnt have GF bagels....and were actually quite rude about it. The Bagel Kitchen embodies the original Bagel Bakery for sure. Kind, friendly staff who remember you, are SO friendly and dont just throw stuff on your bagel....you can tell they make it how they would want to eat it. Its almost my comfort food now.

Dietary restrictions: We ordered bagels for breakfast at my work, but I didn’t have the option to choose a bagel with avocado and cucumbers without cream cheese on the app. I called to let them know to toast the bagel and add the avocado and cucumber and that it is in the instructions for them. I received the bagel not toasted and with nothing on it. I called to let them know this and the lady who claimed to be the owner was so rude to me about it and just hung up on me.
There is a gluten-free bagel available! My daughter gave it a thumbs up. The rest of us had classic egg and cheese bagels. Very delicious.

Food was excellent. I got the “heart attack” bagel which was amazing! I ordered through door dash and when I arrived it took awhile before a worker came up to me (took almost 10 minutes before I could get one of them to look at me or make eye contact with me) so I could pick up my order but the food made up for it.

Very much enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. It was very cozy and had a lot of places to sit. The bagel options are good and the food seemed very fresh. Aside from that unfortunately the staff were not very friendly after receiving and eating my bagel I returned to purchase a muffin. And stood at the cash wrap for about 7 minutes waiting for the employee to finish an order with a family. Upon me standing there about three different employees past me without any type of acknowledgment. Once the employee got to me to ring me out there was no apology for the wait there was no smile there was no thank you. Which was very off-putting. Other than that I would come back here for just the food I have very low expectations for the friendliness of the staff
