We sat outside at Rudolfo's Cafe on Lighthouse in Pacific Grove and had a delightful lunch. The menu had great choices of salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Then we had a choice of flavors of gelato with delicious cookies and pastries for dessert. A perfect vacation lunch in a great beach town that made us love California. Table-side service was fast and friendly. A fun experience.

I went here to try Heat Waves fried chicken sandwiches, and left a life long customer!Absolutely the best fried chicken in the county! The hot was actually too spicy for me, which I rare and I loved! The fries we got was a meal on its own; it was so delicious with the seasonings they had on the fries! Last but not least the mack and cheese is the best I've ever had. I imagine it's the type of mack and cheese jeff bezos or Bill gates have when they ring a bell for it. It was seasoned amazingly with the best cheese blend. You need to come here and try them out!

This was AMAZING. We were looking for an Italian place and found Rudolfo's Cafe. The waiters were awesome and so was the food. Definitely coming back to eat here.

Pleasant but marginal service. Had to ask for cream, sugar, napkins. Response was tardy even though it wasn't crowded. Prices a bit on the heavy side. Food was good.

I had penne puttanesca and my husband had braised short ribs with penne. They are both delicious. I also had tiramisu the tiramisu is okay I have tasted better but it's not bad. overall it's good eat. Service is okay too.

I love this place! We went during the Little Car Show and were delighted with the menu options. My husband and i ordered the 10-inch pizzas, and i asked to replace eggplant with olives which they said was no problem. I also mentioned that i was vegan and thought i verified that the pizzas were vegan. When the pizzas arrived, i was sorry to discover that mine had cheese on it. I told the waiter that i couldn't eat it with cheese on it, and he was very nice and took it away. He came back out with a tasty pizza without cheese. It was very busy, and i felt bad sending it back, but our waiter was very nice about it. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that their restroom was spotless and quite beautiful.

Some of the best food in Pacific Grove! Not only is the food freaking amazing, the atmosphere makes you never want to leave, but the owner/head chef, Rudy, takes the time to great every table and make sure everyone's experience is the best. 11/10 recommend, you don't want to miss this secret spot in Pacific Grove!! P.S. - come on a Sunday and get some of the best fried chicken sandwiches you've ever had!!

Walked in and the lady at the register was dismissive and rude, she didn't really care and had no customer service. Then we sat outside and waited forever to get our order taken. The gentleman came and took our order. I ordered a pizza and fiancé ordered a chicken Cesar salad and a garlic bread. The garlic bread was just cheese and butter, no garlic. The chicken on the Cesar salad tasted like it had been cooked in a pan with fish. I get Cesar dressing has anchovies but they aren't directly on the salad and the chicken shouldn't have tasted like that. They tried to give us something else but we didn't want it. The pizza was decent enough but when I asked for ranch I got packets of some very nasty tasting ranch... they really need to work this out and find something that makes the customer happy or it's not gonna go great for them.

Rudy Ponce teamed up with his dad and brother Miguel to open this new little gem in Pacific Grove. It's in the old Favalora spot on Lighthouse and to keep the locals happy, kept some of the Favalora recipes mixed in with unique and fabulous new items. I had eggplant parmigiana and it was wonderful. Tender eggplant pieces with just right amount of sauce and lots of cheese, just the way I like it! My friend had the anchovies and capers pizza, and was in heaven. Crispy crust with all the tangy spiciness of the fish n capers, was just what she was craving for. So many items to try n sample, the Armiticiano(?) Pasta with prosciutto, leeks and mushrooms in a tomato cream sauce, also to die for. Oh and did I mention garlic cheesie bread to start? All desserts and gelato are homemade and delicious. Try the Pistachio cake, Rudy suggestion, light fluffy and lots of pistachios, yum.The others tried some gelato and were in love...definetly going back. Congratulations Rudy and the Ponce family, wonderful new addition to the peninsula!!!

Amazing service and food at this newly opened Italian place. We are from out of town and found this place. The food was amazing and catered to our vegetarian needs perfectly!

It's not the same as Cafe Ariana, so don't expect that. The new owners and staff are dismissive and rude. The food is not made with care anymore... RIP Cafe Ariana.
