We love coming to Pacific Grove and when traveling with kids it is hard to find a place with something to keep everyone happy. They gave us a cute table outside in the beautiful weather. The wagyu burger was great and the onion rings are some of the best we have ever had! We even came back the next day for some more. The Pizza was delicious and pasta and salads were great and fresh. Get the focaccia bread as an appetizer and you can’t go wrong. We will be back!

Absolutely one of the best meals I’ve had in Monterey. The meatball appetizer is delicious. For my entree I ordered a pork chop with mashed potatoes and candied fruit. It was the special that night, it was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Everyone in the staff is extremely kind helpful and very easy to talk to. It’s a nice quaint restaurant that feels modern and cozy. Expect it to be busy though because with food that good it’s bound to be.

Got the chilaquiles and wasn’t blown away, thought the chicken was a little dry and the dish needed some sour cream to balance it. I will come back and try more stuff though! Service was pretty good and the tables were nice.

Our absolute favorite spot in PG. The food is always delicious - top tier ALWAYS. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and it feels like our second home. We always take family and friends here and will forever sing its praises. Love their pizzas, pastas, desserts, etc. Plus the Heatwaves hot chicken sandwich pop up on Sundays is the best treat if you don’t feel like cooking. For dinner, we usually order the special, soup of the day, pasta tagliatelle, bolognese, short rib ravioli, pizzas - the list goes on. Great for lunch as well - best sandwiches (love the Monterey sandwich) and everything is made with delicious, fresh ingredients. Just best all around, truly. I could go on and on you’ll just have to try it out for yourself.

Last night was my second time at Rudy's place. I went back to confirm my opinion. This place is FIRE! The ingredients are fresh. The execution from the chef is spot on. Great menu selections. Perfect date night or hanging with friends. Really really good. Can't wait to go back!!

We also shared the braised short rib bolognese with ricotta. Tender melting meat with fresh pasta.Very attentive service by Miguel (A serious 49er fan!)

Overall I liked this place a lot! I took off 1 star because the service was quite slow. (Waited over 45 minutes for a refill of water.)Went here on a Saturday night and was busy, but was able to get a table. There is also a beautiful seating area outside available.Ordered the bread appetizer, pizza for my friend, a burger for myself, and the pumpkin cheesecake. Everything looked amazing and tasted wonderful.Also met the owner and he was extremely welcoming and kind.Military discount not offered here.

Great little restaurant in Pacific Grove. The short rib bolognese was delicious, and honestly one of (if not) the best short rib pasta dish on the Monterey peninsula, which I have tried many of. Definitely will be going back soon!

I like their chicken, but had their Sicilian Panini last time and it was really tasty. We shared a Margherita Pizza too! Their desserts are all made in house too.
